I had a horrible experience here recently. I passed at least 7 different employees on my way through the store. None of which bothered to say "Hello" let alone stop to actually help me. I ended up finding what I needed thanks to the website. When I arrived at the right aisle and bay, the product i needed was out. The website showed they had 22 in stock so I set off to find an employee. Eventually, I found one at the service desk who stared at me. I said "I need some help" and he continued to simply stare without saying a word. He was even wearing a "15 years service" badge! After explaining the help I needed, he told me he had to find ANOTHER employee to come help me. After I waited 5 minutes an employee did show up. He also did not greet me or say anything to me. I explained the issue and he grabbed a ladder. That was when I noticed his pants were halfway down his thighs. This employee was not a young man either. I was horrified by the whole experience. He eventually handed me my product and still didnt ask if i needed any help or even to have a nice day. Even when I went to the self service check out, the employee watching those didnt greet me or thank me for my business. This is my closest "Big" hardware store, but I wont be back.

home depot claims to support our veterans and disabled veterans...in fact ...they receive grants from the federal government to do so. however they fire disabled vets after a amount of time ( fire because of their disability) then hire other disabled vets to gain more grant money. sounds like they have a pretty good scam going on at the expense of our veterans. BOYCOTT HOME DEPOT!!!! Let them know this is not acceptable! let them know at this location especially!

Very competent employee (Ronnie) in appliances. My husband and I looked at upright freezers yesterday. We asked a few questions of employee, Ronnie then checked the other place online. Today we called to purchase one over the phone. In a matter of a few minutes our purchase was finalized and we knew when to expect our freezer. Great way to meet the needs of the customer.

Went to purchase a gas grill the person working in that department was out to lunch we stood around waiting finally one of the ladies at the register ask if one of the other 3 employees that were doing nothing could help us one said he was working out front and one said he didnt have a key. We left without a grill ! Very poor customer servi!

This Home Depot has a staff that is second to none. Anytime Ive had an issue, needed to return something or had a question, these guys always handle there business. Long story short - Id go there and pay a higher price or the level of service they provide.

Brandon is a great sales person friendly mannerly and knowledge. Great to work with. Installers were on time and courteous explained operation of washer and tested it and dryer. Store well stocked with many options.
