Husband called before driving into Beaufort Store to make sure he didnt need a receipt for an exchange of a part(exchanging for same item, returning one that didnt work). Receipt was at office in Bluffton, was told by "Jim" on the phone it was no problem! Got to the store and "Bill" refused to exchange the item and "Jim" stood by not acknowledging that he in fact told my husband over the phone that it would not be a problem.... Needless to say, definately NOT returning to the Beaufort store... will deal with the Hilton Head location as they seem to be trained in customer service and professional. Beaufort guys need a customer service class... pronto!

They have almost everything you could need here to do most small repairs. The staff can be at times over bearing and breathing down your shoulders.
