Handlers has too be the best fishing store around. I get all my fishing gear and tackle from them their staff knows everything about their products. Let me tell you a story about one of their competitors Fishermans world! Fishermans world might be the worst fishing store out there with the worst customer service! I went in there about 2 years ago and bought a carrot stix rod and a stradic Ci4 reel it cost me $299 for the rod witch is around $150 more than the retailed price and the stradic Ci4 for $350 witch is also like $100 more than retailed. Then my rod broke I called them about and they said that carrot stix had been bought out buy a new company and that I would have to send it in myself because they no longer honer the warranty that had been promised to me so I called carrot stix and they said I needed proof of purchase that being the receipt so I called fishermans world and they would not give me a receipt because "you bought it too long ago" so here I am stuck with a broken carrot stix I had saved up my money all summer too get this setup I was 12 years old when I bought it so you can see why this took so long to get this money so I went to Handlers fishing supply who fixed my rod for me and it took no longer than 5 minutes if I have taken all my business to handlers fishing supply and they always honer their warranties and their prices are legit in my opinion fishermans world is a big scam with a selection half the size of handlers and the staff at handlers is much better they know everything about their products I dont recommend fishermans world to anyone I recommend Handlers fishing supply to everyone they are located at 270 Borman Dr, Merritt Island, FL 32953 they have everything and they make custom rods too.

The experience at the store is great the people who work there are great, they are extremely helpful, they really know what they are talking about and can actually help you if you have a problem with anything or just need advise in general. Also a great store to look in just for fun, theres really cool stuff in the store also have great prices. The staff in the store try really hard to make sure you can get everything you can out of your time while you are there. Adrian also make very well built custom rods. Josh is very good at fixing reels they can help fix most of your rods and reels.

You cant beat the selection at Handler. They carry hundreds of rods and reels, along with a service repair for rods and reels. Handler has a huge supply of tackle, anything you could possibly want for inshore, and offshore supplies. Handler has a huge selection of Costa sunglasses and also a GoPro display. Handler Fishing supply has a large clothing selection along with wall mount decorations. The place is a one stop shop and repair. The service is friendly and information is reliable. Great doing business with Adrian. Highly recommend Handler Fishing Supply.

As a young angler when Im looking to buy something but Im not exactly sure what to get the handlers employees make sure Im not going to buy something I dont know how to use such as 3 days ago I was going to buy a jar of pen reel grease and before selling me the item the employe asked me what I was going to use it on and making sure I knew how to use. I am thankful he told me how to use and what to do to my reel before I use it. Thank you

They had a largest selection of Costa Del Mars of stores that i have been to in the area. Staff was very very helpful in finding me the right pair that fits me. I have been shopping around for a pair for awhile now and didnt commit in buying because other shops didnt have a lot of models in their inventory. After trying a lot of model on, the staff helped me pinpoint the right model that was the most comfortable and stylish.

Just getting started back i to fishing. I dont know a lot. I went down there and they were very helpfull in giving tips and tying knots and leaders. They set me up with a Penn combo that i could not be happier with. Will be heading back this weekend to get another slightly larger Penn combo. Again, cant say how nice and helpful they were. Made a newbie feel welcome.

The gentleman who acted as if he owned the Space Coast, was put out buy a group of visiting Soldiers who arrived 30 minutes beforw closing. We were made to feel as if our patronage was a burden and inconvenience. Our questions werw answerwd with contempt. It is a shame that we attempted to give our business to a local shop.

This tackle store is really great. Everyone working is always super helpful. One of the very few places around where the staff has a fundamental understanding of what the customers needs are, not what will make the most money. Also has a substantially larger amount of inventory than anyone else in town. Great rod repairs too.

I am only 14 and am an avid angler. Handler is my go to shop for all things fishing. The service is fantastic and the staff are extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I can not give more than five stars. My parents (especially my mom) love the store and insist on popping inside every chance we get. BEST FISHING SUPPLY IN THE AREA!

Support a locally owned small business. Service is always friendly and prices are very competitive. Havent put line on one of my own reels in years ever since finding these guys. Good selection of relevant gear for our area. Also, if you are looking to have a custom rod built, this is the place to go!

Was getting on a cruise in Port Canaveral and needed to replace my Costas. Called several places and visited more than 1 between Orlando and Port Canaveral and only 1 had a selection like this and had what I was looking for in their case. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff also!

Adrian openly accused me of stealing in front of the entire store, when in fact Im extremely against any sort of theft and am appalled anyone would accuse me of stealing. Sure its a tackle shop, but the lack of professionalism is astonishing. Regretting the $6 I spent already

I cant say enough of how friendly and helpful the guys are. Selection is the best in the area, and usually have a really good spread of bait. Plus way better prices than the port for sure.
