MONEY MAN IS THE BEST!! They are the best by far in town. Sean, Hannah, Doug, and Tim always make sure everyone of the customers in the store are taken care of no matter what is going on. They always look out for me and everyone else I have come in contact with. To the people who have wrote bad comments, sorry you did not get what you wanted from them but remember they are a PAWN Shop and are in business for one reason and that is to make money. To the guy with the ladder, If you had told Sean that you found the same ladder elsewhere cheaper, and asked with some respect he would have went out of his way to help you. All it takes is to show them some respect and they will always look out for you. Just Imagine what they have to deal with on a day to day basis. They are only doin there job so chill out with all the bashing cause it really doesnt matter, they are a great business and are doing great business!!! DJ GRiM

Great store. I was a retail manager for 5 years and I can tell you that they all do as much as they can for you. The pawn industry is difficult because people want a lot more than things are really worth, and store employees are bound by policy. I had such a great experience there, knowing and having all the retail training a person can have I can tell you that I know what to look for. While no store is perfect, they were very helpful, honest, and treated me with the utmost respect. I look a lot younger than I am (I say that with no ego), so I always get treated like a punk kid (I am 30!). They did not do that and they were all great. I will definitely shop there again. BTW check out their Layaway, great structure and very fair payment policy.

I went into this location yesterday April 22 looking for an articulating ladder I see one that I like and I asked the store manager what he negotiate on the price he said no because it just came in this morning and they do not negotiate on the price unless its been there a month. I did not believe him that it had been there since this morning so I asked another employee and it was clearly visible on the tag that has been there for five weeks. I understand if he does not want to negotiate on the price they have every right to do that but for him to lie to my face and not apologize for it once I called him out on it was not just rude but Im professional so I walked out and told him that Im not buying it.

Very unprofessional and dismissive went to purchase a Lynns at 6:20 PM the store closed at 6:30 balloons was $1200 in the act of like closing the store was more important than making a sale the worst customer service.... understand this customer service comes before checkout Will never come here again

i have never had a bad experience at this location,customer service is always wonderful,never had to wait in line to be helped,great negotiating for prices,and if my lon has come due and they cant get a hold of me then they will hold it for me,wonderful place to shop at.

Needed a flat screen tv for camper. Customer service was great and price was good. Purchase has a 30 day refund (store credit) gave assurance. Would buy from them again.
