Very rude. Especially the tall black gentleman with short dread locks, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made my girlfriend very uncomfortable. THE WORST sales associate that Ive ever encountered. I recommend the store on gate city blvd. they are very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service. After buying a lot of merchandise they wouldnt take a simple defective return and falsely accused me of being a liar and a cheat. Also their prices are very high. Had good luck with other Quick Cash Pawn shops.

Very rude people working here. I tried to sell my gold here and not only was the offer horrible but the lady gave me an attitude and tried to say my gold is fake. I know 100% its not.
