I had been going here for about 3 years, before I was RIPPED off!!!!! by one of their employees. The heavy set/ Chubby Black/ African American guy. This happen in November 2015. I didnt post it till now, because my property was still in their store, and I didnt want this THEIF going into it and either stealing something or destroying something out of revenge. I will NEVER EVER set foot back into that pawn shop again. I came to pay the interest on the loan, like I do every month, its there. Only this time was very different. The only other customer in the store was this mature guy, pawning or getting a loan. Anyway, I came to the pawn shop with brand new bills, from the bank, only four twenty dollars bills, and one ten dollar bill. All Crisp new bills, my interest payment was $4.59, I handed him the ten dollar bill, and I saw him looking strangely at me when I took the money out of the wallet. I didnt pay him any mind, I had been coming here for three years. I never thought , this guy is going to STEAL my money. He took the ten dollar bill (brand new bill), and he comes back with change from a $5.00 bill. I said "wheres the rest? I gave u a $10 bill?" He looking all "fake" surprise, and say "No you gave me a $5.00 bill. " I said no, all I had was a ten, I didnt have a $5. He goes back to the back room and pulls out a OLD WRINKLE, $5 bill, (that could have been anyones) and holds it up, and says "SEE". I said to him I know for a fact I gave you a $10 bill, I didnt have any fives. Then I saw that he wasnt going to bulge from his lie. And I didnt want to get into a big argument with this lying thief. At the same time this other customer in the store was being waiting on beside me and he was looking and talking to toward me as the transaction was being made. we both were going out the door and when we got to the door. The guy said to me, "YOU DID GIVE HIM THE " $10 bill, "I SAW YOU GIVE IT TOO HIM", I said, " I know I gave him a brand new $10 bill, cause I didnt have any $5 bills on me. And I asked him why didnt he say anything?" He was a mature guy and said that" he didnt like to get involved, in things like that". I told him to make sure he comes back and get his things out of that pawn show asap! . And dont come back there anymore! " Before that guy starts stealing pieces he likes or STEALS from him, like he did me. I told him I will never ever come back into that place again, and everybody I know or see, Im going to tell them about what happen to me, and see what happen after reporting them to the BBB. This has got to stop! This guy is ripping off Senior Citizens, on fixed incomes. After stealing my money, every month thereafter , when I came in there, it was really weird, he couldnt look me in the eyes/face. He use to always wait on me, now he wouldnt open his mouth, and he would always try, and stay out of sight. He knows what he did. And I wonder how many other SENIOR Citizens, has he RIPPED OFF?..............Smh
