Took a solid Gold 18K Rolex there to replace the glass. After a few days I went to see if the work was finished. Once there they told me that everything in my Rolex was fake. I told them that my Rolex was real and I know my watch and if they didnt put everything back the way it was, they were going to meet my lawyer. I went back the next day and they put back all the parts back. I wouldnt trust these guys anymore, not even a cheap watch. They thought I was stupid and didnt know my own watch. They tried to tell me the inside of my Rolex was not Rolex but it was. I made them open the back of my Rolex before I took it back to make sure they put everything the way it was and I told them if I didnt see Rolex parts in my watch I wouldnt take it and have my lawyer contact them. Lucky for them, they were smart and put everything back.

Great experience every time! Got two baby bracelets for my kids with their names engraved and they came out beautiful. The pricing was appropriate and the service was exemplar. Been recommended here a few times and has not let me down. They are honest, well known in the beach and last standing pawn shop in the city. Theyve been there for 30 years and when you go youll see why. Highly recommended.

They answer, I say "Hi Im going on a cruise next week and" and I was immediately mocked and hung up on. Never even got to anything pertaining to firearms.
