The new dude with the wannabe marine haircut made a major mistake on his quote after only 1 minute on his computer checking prices. I brought in 11 items! After I seen that I knew it just wasnt his best day. He says 15. ! .. I had 2 new 10 inch lava lamps worth 16 apeice. Thats 32 a quarter of that is 8 so I figure 6. Thats how they are trained, roughly on purchasing. I mean comeon thus isnt a dollar store. Had a quality mit. New . Was 40 quarter of that . 10 . Figure ull get 4. Electronic putter. 30 dollars . Wanted 3 for it. Now.... Ive done business here before and they pretty much all know me personally n ive never had an issue with pricing and watnot. I get wat I have from esrate sales. What I dont sell at flea markets n watnot.. They usually are able to take the goods . And happily too. I dont bribg them toy unicorns. N get a attitude if they say no. I dont waste much time so the items I walk in there with Usually stay there. Back to negotiating. .. Right? Well no . There is none. Not with a number like 15. so I say. Well how did you come up with that. there was a total of 11 itens. Took me 7 minutes to get all prices. Get a ballpark before I went in. I say how did you cone to that number ? So I picked up the lava lamps . Say how much r u givin me for this . He says 4 apeice.ok . Thats 8 . I say ok how bout the glove . He says 3. . I say wat bout this..very quickly we got to 15 . With 8 quality items left the numbers where really off. Right off the bat he says all im giving you is 15! . I think he may have a problem admitting to a mistake. So I say ok man im at 35. Ur at 15. lets meet in tge middle so im not carryin this stuff back out. I never have. Im a seller.he told me he had other customers 15 was all he was giving me. So I started putting things back in the box. I said 1 more time. U sure you dont want this ill go to 24. a professional would have already got 31. Business as usuall. . Ill never go back to deal with this particular person. 190 dollars worth of easy sales for quick cash. Customer expects 35. . customer knows the procedure and is never turned away. 11 items for 15 according to this kid. Sounds like a future dollar store groupie and that is about it. Unfortunately......... Remember dude, When you get canned. Youll look bak and say.. Wow. ! I have no freinds.... Its Because people like you are weird. You dont belong knowhere. You look like you have a black dill up ur rear sitting all weird in your own weird world.

Look I read all these reviews, Companies are not in the business of losing money. A company can only buy and store so much when they cant buy you will get a low ball price. If its something they can move they buy knowing they can make money and not have it sit on the shelves. If your complaining its because you didnt get what you wanted. Everyone has an option sell or dont sell based on the offer. Buying used product your always taking a chance it could work for an hour and stop. I have bought stuff there Tools mostly and it was a little more than I wanted to pay but I saved money and the items are lifetime warranteed so you just need to be a savy seller and shopper dont blame someone for not wanting to give what you want or take what you have. Grow up! Do you realize the amount of druggies that try to sell stolen stuff... Think of what the store goes through dealing with some of you crackheads.

Have frequented the store for a little over a year. Although some of the reviews are obviously for the previous owners, I have never met a person that didnt have an extremely favorable view of Sam, Joe, and the rest of the staff. They are kind, courteous, and go miles out of their way to make sure the experience of everyone that walks in here is the best that it can be. I dont think Ill ever stop popping in, if even just to look around and bs with whoever is working. My overall grade? A Prices for pawned items? A- (Mainly because its a pawn shop and Im stingy) Staff? A+ They also have a great variety of tools, electronics, and random stuff you wouldnt expect to find in a pawn shop. Worth going just to look around.

The guys that work there are extremely rude and cheap i seen them take full advAntage of a girl who had a gift card from target they saw she didnt have a vehicle so they only gave her forty bucks for 120$ gift card from target!! Then they bought a 250$ guitar from me for forty and when I went back a few days later to buy it back it was marked 150 and I offered them 100$ three days after I sold it to them and he wouldnt do it

I was refused service for being too dirty (from working doing landscaping btw). I guess if a female is too dirty then they are treated like the homeless now. I was looking to spend a good chunk of change there too. I was very offended and didnt even offer an explanation. Needless to say, I dont think Ill be coming back anytime soon. Even if I was homeless they should have heard me out first.

Just received a scroll saw I bought used and site unseen (I live in Richmond, VA). Had my girlfriend pick it up when she was on a business trip in Pittsburgh. Working with the proprietor (Joe) was a phenomenal experience......helpful, honest, communicative and great price. I would encourage anyone who has the opportunity to do business with Jerrys to take it.....you wont be disappointed.

Supposed to open at 10am. Came back around 11:30 and they were just getting there. Then tried to say my $800 laptop wasnt worth even 100. Such rip offs. I know computers really well. They think all computer are the same . Dont go here. Terrible customer service and the place is dirty.

The "Staff" leave super early (LIKE HOURS EARLY) and arrive to the store super late. Most of the time the store isnt even open because of the teens that run that shop.
