The customer service is horrible here. I called in advance to tell them what I had, two brand new power drills still in the box, never used, and a girl told me she could definitely get me close to what I was asking for, which was at least half of the retail price, and to come in so she could check them out. So I drive the 25 minutes out of the way to get up there, solely under the impression that we are going to work out a good deal, and when I get there the woman I spoke with on the phone isnt even there, and the other sales associate AND the manager offered me WAY less. I told him the lowest Ill go is $220 Because I wanted the extra twenty for gas I used to drive up there because of what their employees told me I would be getting. The manager seriously haggled with me over $20. I then said $210 and he STILL haggled and said he could do $205. I was in disbelief that he was really doing this over FIVE dollars. I told him after all this that I would not be a returning customer and that I am going to write a review about my experience. Oh, and meanwhile, the little sales associate is making jokes and offers that were incredibly insulting, like I was some kind of idiot or something or that just because I am a female, I dont know anything about the merchandise I brought in. All in all, terrible customer service, terrible experience, definitely wont be returning!!!

Terrible customer service, buy brand new drills and saws for not even a third of what theyre going to sell it for. I waited over an hour just for them to give me $40 for two power drills a brand new circular saw and a GPS. They treat everybody like they are on drugs. Not to mention there are dirty used needles in the parking lot right in front of their stores they dont even have the courtesy to clean up their parking lot, its f****** disgusting. They act like you are not going to come back to get your items. Unnegotiable on the price, I was told forty dollars waited 1 hour said Im leaving and the guy offered an extra $5 for me to stay because he wanted my business. And then tried to convince me that no other pawn shop around will take any of my stuff. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy, and I do not believe they deserve one star, but that was the only way that I could write a review.

I went in and didnt know what to expect. The employees there were All friendly and helpful. I got a loan on my gold chain and a diamond ring . they have me what I need and offered me more. I have since taken it out and if and when I need I will go back. Great service and team. The managers were great to me. Thanks

Just about as bad as the Military Trail location as far as being extremely slow but their customer service is a tiny bit better.
