I could not believe the review I read and how spot on it was for me too. How can people be such low lives? It really should be questioned whether or not these guys make any contribution to society and once its realized that they do not, TERMINATE your failing business. Chuck is disgusting. Hes a racist old cheapskate who sold me a camera that he knew didnt work properly and then says if I have any problems with it that hell let me return it and all his pathetic employees just agree and let him screw me over. Now after 24 hours I go to return it and he tells me in his gross South Carolina accent that hes not going to do **** for us. And his employees agree to keep their jobs. I told him he gave us his word and he said...surprisingly that hes "a little black boy born on a cotton field who aint gon help you out." Which...is honestly the most ignorant thing he couldve said. Just to mock my race? He had to go out not only a liar and a thief, but a racist hick? Do not trust these people. Do not sell. Do not buy. No matter what they promise you, remember it is a lie. And to make things worse when I went to return the camera he duped an old man needing to sell his guitar for groceries while I was waiting and laughed as hed left with only $55 and said "what a steal, old bastard." Message to Chuck: Boy I tell you what, if these were those South Carolina cotton fields you were talking bout, racist comments would be the last thing out of your mouth, so make it habit now to keep your hick mouth shut before someone is lucky enough to get you back to them fields. ;)

Hello I am a customer of Pawn King since last year, I was always treated professionally . Recently Pawn King is now under new ownership whom I met today introduced by one of the staff member whom has always been so cordial . With my short visit I was able to make a better arrangement which suits me. The new owner understands and will work with you and that is the type of people I want to do business with. I recently stopped here with my mother to see if she could sell her wedding ring, my dad passed 6 years ago and things are tight for her. They were compassionate and kind and definitely gave a fair price for the ring. Andrew, the owner actually had me come back to say that he was able to estimate the ring at a higher price and gave me more money. Places like this can be scary and when emotions are involved you feel vulnerable. We did not feel like that at all, my mother and I left feeling comfortable with the choice we made and happy with the transaction, we will go back!!!

Honest excellent and do care for your items. Owner is awesome and will work with you if you are honest with him. Very suprising since you cant find that really in a pawnshop. Staff is extremely helpful. Guys are great! Dont go to slash America down the street. Stop in here first. I promise you wont be disappointed!

Very rude staff on the telephone by two employees over basic question about selling something. They were defensive and suspicious. In 30 years of doing business Ive never encountered anything like that.
