Went in to try to pawn my $1200+ Alienware X51 Desktop, called ahead to make sure they took them and got told yes, I go in, within minutes Im sent out, the employee didnt ask about the specs or even if I wanted to pawn or sell it, he just asked how much I wanted I said $600, he said they can do nowhere near that, without bothering to check the machine out, or ask anyone else. It seemed as if he had no knowledge of computers whatsoever. Meanwhile they were selling the model prior to mine for $800, Im very offended by the customer service.

Takes way to long in line . Had to wait 45 minutes because the cashiers Took their sweet time . Did not appreciate this since I was on a time limit . Seriously the worst pawn shop Ive ever been to . I had to pick up one thing and it takes them 45 mins ? Like are you kidding me ?!
