When the new owners took over I figured it would be like any other switch. Was I ever wrong. The remodel looks awesome. Its comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. These guys are more professional and courteous than 99.9% of any businesses out there...not just pawn shops. They are exceptionally knowledgeable about jewelry and firearms. From what Ive seen, if you need a loan or want to just sell something they will give you top dollar...AND THEYRE FAIR! Yep, 5 stars from me.

I walked into the shop to sell some scrap gold. The man took my jewelry, threw it on a scale. It was one and a half grams of 14 k gold and he told me my "crap" wasnt worth his time and walked into the back of the store. It was the rudest experience Ive ever experienced. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know never to walk in to this joke of a store. P. S. I took the same item elsewhere and was offended one and a half times the money......

American Pawn is probably the best pawn shop Ive had an experience with. They dont make you feel like a low life by lowballing you like crappy Value Pawn ( I despise that place). They will loan you more than most pawn shops, and they treat me with respect. The staff is friendly and will remember your name, and they are very very fair with their offers. I give them five stars!

I have to admit I was very surprised at the way my transaction was handled. The staff were professional and courteous the whole time. I had read other reviews about local pawn shops and some were horrifying. I would recommend these gentlemen if you have the need to use their services. I do know if I have to use their services in the future I will use them again.

Got paid most on my jewelry than any other place in the area, people are nice and will work with you if needed. They called me after my date was expired to make sure if i still want to get my jewelry back and hold it for two extra days for free until i came up with the money. That was very nice of them something that most of the places would never do.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! They look up Chinese knockoff prices on EBAY of all places to undercut you...... I brought in a Burberry Watch and a Rolex Face and they wanted $100 for all of it?????? Over 1500$ worth of value and their claim was, "well its here on eBay for 90$".. of course it is cus its a KNOCKOFF!!! Never sell here...

Cant say enough how pleased and surprised Im from the service of this pawnshop. The manager Ruben was very professional and knowledgeable short explanation on my item and history, and equal fair payment. I did not know that items I thought for garbage could worth some serious $$$. Very easy and good deal will be back again

Very rude, incredibly over priced, have two of the same thing but one is smashed and theyre the same price. Tell you that theyll hold something for you but sell it anyway. And most of all the Russian guy is preposterously rude, make you just want to leave and go elsewhere.

I went in some foreigner tell me my watch is nothing I just wanted a loan he tells me he has plenty like mine and pointed to some hung total different but I guess thats why he was there alone , theres plenty of pawn shows my advise is to stay away from this one

Ive been a TJs customer for 5+ years and have had probably 10 transactions with them - 1 even today. Theyve always been both fair and courteous to me and any other customer I saw. But dont try and pull a fast one or try and pawn something you "shouldnt"

They have very nice selection of handguns priced fairly. I had to stop by for firearm transfer they are cheapest around only $30 total very knowledgeable stuff and it took me only 5 minutes to get in and out.

What a place! I was in a terrible pinch and needed fast cash. Not only did I receive top dollar for my tablet, but unlike other pawn shops they did not make me feel awkward or embarrassed to pawn.
