Very happy to find this place. My wife was there on 6/11. I think the guys name is Chris wife thinks Cole. Very patient no problems, no BS. Just listens to the issue, takes the phone and fixes it. Originally we went to a place closer to home and after 3 tries at putting in a new screen they did not fix it. My daughter ended up breaking the screen again by shaking the phone and having it slip out of her hand. This guy fixed it the first try, wish I had his name. A broken phone and a 14 year old is a horrible combination. We live are about 20 miles way, need to get parking and going to Digital Remedy is worth the trip. They have my business and I would recommend them in a heart beat. Thanks, Jim

Takes a lot for me to post a negative review, everyone has a bad day. I made the effort (hour roundtrip) to go downtown to go there 3 times during their advertised business hours in the last week (Friday, Wednesday, Thursday). They were never there. Called them after the 2nd time and he assured me they would be there 10:30-7 on the next day. Got there around noon, no one there again. Called again, guy said hes not coming in til later, maybe around 1:30. Too much, baloney, found another place in West Ashley where they actually show up. They have a lot of good reviews on here which was why I made the 2nd and 3rd effort, too bad they could not provide an ounce of effort in return.

My husbands Android phone suddenly started requiring a sign-on, although he had never set up a security option, or established a password. The phone would not get pass the sign-on requirement. We found Digital Remedy Repair by accident, and made our way to their offices. Cole carefully researched the problem for us, but the news was not good. He suggested 1 or 2 things we could try, but he informed us that a factory reset was most likely the only solution. We offered to pay Cole for his time, but he would not accept any payment. (Note: Coles expert opinion was subsequently confirmed by T-Mobiles technical team. A factory reset was required.)

I had a 6 month old iPhone 6 still under warranty and my camera quit working but the apple store refused to fix my phone because I had a non-apple screen protector on the phone. thankfully, I walked into digital remedy and within 5 minutes, they had identified some corrosion on the camera connectors, cleaned off the connectors and repaired my iPhone camera. I cant believe they fixed my iPhone in 5 minutes where the apple store was worthless in helping me. I would HIGHLY recommend digital repair for any computer or cell phone repair. They were amazing!!!

this is one of the worst places in Charleston to get your phone fixed. save for money and go to the Apple Store. I recently had to get my screen that was shattered fixed but they messed up so many sensors in it I had to go back multiple times to fix it. when I got to my new location in Europe and took it to a professional, he told me even a first year computer science major student could have fixed it better than what they did! VERY DISAPPOINTED and awful customer service

This place rocks. They are very professional, and knowledgeable. I brought my laptop in for a hard drive data retrieval and they worked on it for a full day trying to pull whatever data they could, before breaking the news that the drive is beyond repair. I wish Id have gotten something off of it, but in the end they worked hard on it (calling me multiple times on the status) and didnt charge me for their time. Good people here, highly recommend.

I just picked up my laptop after dropping it off nearly four weeks ago. During this time, i was not contacted once for a status update (despite requesting this specifically every time i called), and in the end my computer was returned to me in the same condition it was received. Not only is this business disorganized and understaffed, the quality of customer service is unacceptable. Sad to say i wont be returning or referring anyone to this business.

Digital Remedy Repair is just as reliable as the original manufacturer and a whole lot cheaper and quicker. Upon coming into the shop one finds a nice environment with an owner who is understanding and knowledgeable about technology and how to fix it. Would you rather pay hundreds for a repair and not use your device for several weeks or pay less and get your device back normally the same day? You will find the latter at Digital Remedy.

Such a great find! I was on my way to the Apple store to have my cracked MacBook screen repaired when I walked past Digital Remedy Repair and stopped in to just to compare the cost. I dropped my Mac off at noon and the cracked screen was repaired and ready for pick-up by 5 pm. The staff is incredibly helpful and the prices are unbeatable. They even cleaned my computer for me! I highly recommend Digital Remedy Repair.

Dropped my iphone and shattered my screen while on vacay in Charleston. Out of three phone repairs stores on King St. including the Apple Store, they were the cheapest and had the highest rating. I dropped off my phone, he said it would be 30 minutes, so of course I went shopping. Came back 25 minutes later and my phone looked brand new. Im extremely pleased!!!

My phone looked like new after a ten-minute repair at a reasonable price too. Really friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will recommend (and probably be back after I go to acs next weekend lol).

These guys are great and very reasonable, especially for a downtown/King Street location! Cole was very professional and was able to give me a quick diagnosis, as soon as I walked in the door. I got another estimate from a different repair shop before coming here, and it was $100 more than Digital Remedys price. I highly recommend.
