The team at computer exchange is great! Over the years I started building my own computers. Upgrading a video card I accidentally blew up my motherboard. A trip to computer exchange and crisis averted. Randy, the owner, got me up and running. I needed parts ASAP and rather than waiting for things to ship out and get to me, I was able to get what I needed here. Obviously the selection wasnt as vast as everything available online but despite that the prices were competitive and Randy / CPU exchange had what I needed to get back to work quickly without waiting for shipping. In the future I will build / buy my next PC with them out of gratitude for running a great business that meets customers needs and offers a service to customers most dont because of whats available online. If you arent in a bind for time Id build a custom pc here. This team knows what theyre doing... and has unbelievably fair prices for a price sensitive business.

Decided to upgrade my computer after 6 years. New motherboard, cpu, and ram. I was able to buy the parts under what I had seen advertised online. The service was excellent. When I went to buy the first cpu it had to be ordered and the owner let me use another processor until it came in. They made sure to contact me when the cpu was in and then swapped it out on my time schedule. They even seated the cpu on the motherboard it was great. They will definitely be getting my business for any future computer needs.

I have been dealing with Randy for years. Never had anything but great service and always hear no problem! to any issue I might have with a return. Better than buying online or from a chain store b/c they simply swap out any defective part under warranty with another in stock item. Great service and deals on used parts. The one negative review has to be a disgruntled employee btw. I would be hard pressed to believe they are doing anything less than ethical.

Went in to get the files pulled off of my wifes laptop. The guys took great care and even though the old computer was fighting them, they did not stop until retrieving everything from the dying hard drive. Very nice guys and EXCELLENT PRICES!!!!!!! I will definitely be doing more business with Computer Exchange!!! Dont even go to the chain stores, SHOP LOCAL, excellent customer service and prices that the other guys cant beat!!!!!!!

Great place to grab a fan, cable etc or have some work done cheaper than the big box stores can offer. If you go here, ask to speak with Randy, he is great.. the white haired guy is about as friendly as a rock and doesnt seem as enthusiastic about helping customers, other than taking your money when you buy something.

I have worked with Computer exchange since early 90s. I have always had excellent customer service. Upon looking other places I do not see them any more expensive than other computer service centers. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. Thanks for the good work guys!!!

Seriously avoid this hole. If there were negative stars, thats what I would give it. Worst place to take your computer. Slow service. bad customer service and expensive. and they dont hire people looking for an opportunity nor do they give anyone the chance of that.
