My computer has been there since January for a broken port. When I was told my computer was ready in early March, my cd rom drive was missing. I was told that they were trying to see if it could fit into some girls HP. Which was odd, because I have a Toshiba. Then when I went to pick it up at the end of March, my screen wouldnt cut on. It is now May 21st and I still have yet to receive my computer. I asked them if they were going to replace it, and I dont want anything less than what I have. He found a computer for me, and now all of a sudden the replacement computer is missing. He offered me a computer that doesnt have a 17 screen. My patience is running out, and Im considering taking them to court.

I have used Computer Wrestlers for several years. Chet is the most honest person Ive ever experienced in computer repair. On some occasions he gave me a direction to fix a problem myself but wouldnt charge me. When I needed to replace my wifes motherboard due to an electrical surge on her old computer, he recommended I find one on eBay. That was after he benched the computer to determine it wasnt the power supply or anything else. Again no charge. Dont get me wrong, he has charged me for other repairs but they were always at reasonable rates. If you want someone down to earth and trusting who wont take you to the cleaners, Computer Wrestlers should be considered.

I called up Computer Wrestlers, and professional support is exactly what I got. They built my computer in three hours, and their shop fee was very reasonable! When I received the "blue screen of death," I called around for advice. Chet answered all my questions, offered same-day service, and gave serveral options for the recovery of my information. His knowledge and experience are certainly appreciated and valued. He assessed my computer for a reasonable rate and after determining that it was indeed, DEAD, he suggested a new hard drive in the old unit. I HIGHLY recommend him for computer repair and advice.

Chet really knows his stuff and is definitely one of the best at what he does. Took my fried pc in and he hooked me up by taking the hard drive out and putting it in an enclosure. All same day and no waiting around.
