I am an electronics technician. I just bought and assembled my own desktop computer after years of using laptops exclusively. When I had a problem booting my computer after a month of it working properly, I did not have the spare parts to properly troubleshoot my computer, and my multimeter and logic probe were at work. I decided to take my computer here, get them to figure out what was wrong then fix it myself. I gave them the following information: I had a POST test beep code that was described in the motherboard manual as a "Video card/Monitor" error. I also described the intermittent nature of the error. After I waited for weeks with not a single call from this place, I called them. The incompetent employee who worked on my computer by the name of "Brian" told me that the processor was "heat damaged" and needed to be sent off and that intel would probably replace it for free. They sent it off and gave me one of their identical processors from stock. As I waited I wondered how this could possibly be correct given that the observed behavior of my computer was not consistent with with such an error, and that the problem would often go away after shutting down my computer for awhile....exactly what he would have had to do to swap my processor for a new one to "fix" it. When I took my computer home, and installed the processor, I started it up once, then shut it down. The next time it would not start, and gave the tell tale "Video card/Monitor" beep code that told me that "Brian" was very very wrong, as I had suspected the entire time. (FYI there is a processor error beep code. Its not one beep off. Its VERY different.) I decided to spend the money and figure out myself exactly what is wrong. I found that the power supply I bought from their store was bad as well as, lo and behold, the video card, that my motherboard had been telling me what was wrong the entire time. How does a trained and certified computer tech miss this so horribly? Perhaps "Brian" isnt A++ certified? Not only am I never taking my computer to this place, Im going to repair it myself from now on, like usual. I wasted $45 on a diagnosis at this place. Not an insignificant amount in this economy!

My laptop would not boot up, I was a bit frantic because I had a big project due and could not complete without my computer. After the tech took it apart for a inspection and reassembled it, it booted just fine, they tried in vain to recreate the problem but could not. The charge for this service.. $0 I protested, telling them their time was worth something, they refused to take my money.... Second visit. I got a usb microphone for Christmas, I installed it per manufacturer instructions, and it wouldnt work. I tried 4 times to get tech support from the manufacturer with no response. Since I followed the instructions and it would not work, I suspected that I my system would not support the mic and that I needed a sound card. So I took it to Compuzone. Sebastian took a look at it, and within three minutes found a setting that needed changing, that was not in the instructions. Once again, the charge for this service .....$0

attempting to use the compuzone web page is extremely frustrating.. the "contacts" link does not allow contact (email), nor is there any email link elsewhere.. the web site appears to be "in-process" of being built.. there is no contact link on the "home page", "about us", or the "contacts" link.. i cant imagine a computer store with such a poorly executed web site.. if the site isnt really ready to be used in all aspects, why is it on the internet? am i missing something?

Great service and very knowledgeable. I was having some serious issues with laptop running slow and they were able to diagnose a malware issue that my own protection software missed. They had it fixed and back up and running in no time at a very reasonable rate. Dont beat you head against the wall when you can take it in to the guys and get professional service fast.

These guys did a really amazing job getting my computer fixed. I was in crisis mode needing to get an important project finished up when my system crashed. Im not sure what kind of magic they worked but it really saved my butt and at a reasonable price.

Great PC repair work! I have brought two separate completely broken computers to this shop and now they work perfectly. The prices are very fair and they have great customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

The owners and staff have built 3 custom gaming computers for me, over the last 10 years, and have always done a superb job. Whenever I need to perform tasks that are beyond my capabilities I turn to these experts to "get er done".

I called for a usb to serial cable and enquired about the price. Guy on the phone said $20.00 when I got to the store it was $30.00. I choose to go with a different retailer.
