Total waste of time to call this Staples! When I called this merchant on February 10, 2017, I spent about 3 minutes on the phone listening to several options before i got to press a # key to get the Copy Center line. On that line, there was another recorded sales pitch ending with a "Happy New Year!" greeting for another minute or so, then I was placed on "Hold" to listen to elevator music. At this point, I gave up and called the Cranberry OfficeMax, where a human answered the phone quickly and immediately switched me to the Copy Center. What a difference! When the Cranberry OfficeMax couldnt do my copy size, they referred me to the North Hills OfficeMax, where a "real" person answered their phone quickly and quoted pricing.

Fantastic store. Has what I need, easy to find things, helpful associates and service. Prices better than Office Depot, better selection of stuff too. This company loses a star only because their UPS outlet cannot seem to ship packages to Canada - that is a nightmare. Otherwise, whenever I leave this particular Staples, I actually can hear myself saying in my mind, "Gee, that was easy!" Good trademark, very appropriate.

Wanted to utilize the UPS shipping, but they would not take it because it was an iPhone and the battery might blow up in the air. Are you kidding me, UPS is handling, and they shipped the iPhone to me. Would have been nice to know so I didnt waste a trip!
