Great computer repair shop!!! I needed to have some new hardware installed on my laptop, so I called around and got quotes from other local shops ranging from $100-$200 and 2 days to a week for it to be done. I called Vinton Computers, they promised it would be done in 2 hours and would only cost $50. I was sold, so I took in my laptop and they went above and beyond to make sure the laptop was absolutely perfect before they returned it to me. Easily the best computer repair shop in the greater Roanoke area. Inexpensive, efficient, great customer service, what more could you want?? I will definitely be sending all my friends and family to this shop should they have computer issues.

I ordered a computer part by phone for a rush job prior to leaving on a business trip, was told they would expedite the delivery and call me to bring in my computer. They did not call on the date they indicated, and when I called later that day I was informed that "the part has not yet shipped." I told them to cancel the request and refund the charge. They eventually refunded the small (<$100) credit card charge but could have been more responsive about doing so. Other than this personal experience, Ive hear good things about this shop.

I dropped off my computer and was already impressed. The store was packed, but they did a wonderful job of attending to everyone. Additionally, they promised a free diagnosis within 24 hours. The competitors in the area promised a diagnosis within 72 hours. Faster, better service. I dont even have to have my computer back yet to know that these guys are the best around.

I had a simple problem with my laptop ( simple for them....but not in my ability). I called and they said to come in with it....they fixed in a few minutes and didnt charge me! They gave me advice and if I ever have a problem again, Im going to Vinton Computer ( Their $50 does it commercial brought me to them.).

i would definitely recommend this place if your pc is having issues, they fixed my laptop for me and built me a nice pc, the workers here are very nice and know what they are doing! tyvm im loving it so far! :)

Brought my computer in to be checked and they did a great job. A few days later looking for a document I couldnt find it so I called and worked on finding it for me. Definitely would recommend them to anybody.
