This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE. The customer service is incredibly disappointing and the repair service takes forever. I checked my laptop in not once, but TWICE for repair. The first time I checked it in, the lady (who is the worst receptionist of all time) told me that I would have my computer back in a week. I call a week later and she tells me the same thing. Dont you guys have any idea what customer service is?? Have the decency to at least call me and tell me the progress you have made or that my computer repair has been delayed!!! At that point however, I didnt make a big deal. Paid my $250 (which is ridiculous) and was out of there. Next thing I know, a couple of months later, my computer goes bad again. I call them and tell them that I have done absolutely nothing other than school work on it and they tell me they will look at it. TWO WEEKS WENT BY AND NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL ME TO GIVE ME AN UPDATE ON THE REPAIR. WHAT THE HECK! I called them repeatedly every day for a week and no response (my guess is they have caller ID and decided to ignore me). When my computer was finally ready (THREE WEEKS LATER mind you), I finally got a call. I had to get my friend to pick it up because I was now on vacation. The man tried to tell my friend that I was watching porn on my laptop (how rude!!!) when this is absolutely false. Then, he charged me another $45 for "RE-INSTALLING" the software (which he had to do last time as well)...WHAT BULL. I strongly advise anyone or any company to STAY AWAY BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS NOT INTERESTED IN YOU OR SERVING YOU PROFESSIONALLY.

Charged me $2500.00 to install a home security system that worked one time. After multiple phone calls all of which were never returned I personally went to their store and attempted to get the owner to speak to me but was told by his wife that he was on vacation. On top of that she made it seem like she didnt know English. I am Chinese and I AM PROUD to speak ENGLISH perfectly. I plan on filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and if I do not get any satisfaction I will then get my lawyer involved. As a female business owner I feel taken advantage of and I want justice. I Emphatically do NOT recommend using this business. A am sorry but I must be honest so that others to not get taken advantage of.

Thanks again for a great experience with Roanoke Computers. These guys always go above and beyond - they are really fast - I am a single proprietor who CANNOT be without my computer for 3-5 days that is required to use the big box technical services. Johan has serviced my computer several times and has always accommodated my "I need it now"! He even brought it to my house at 11:30 one evening when I had to go out of town the next day. He always answers all my questions and shows me what he has done. I really appreciate these guys, their customer service, and their reasonable rates.

Johan is an expert about installing cameras, he did a wonderful job for us, will use him again for other projects. The customer service is awesome, he answers his phone when youre lost trying to figure out how to work the cameras. Just great!!!!! Thanks.

Took my phone in to get the screen replaced, they fixed it the same day. There was an issue with the Touch ID, but it was resolved the very next day. Service cost more than was expected, but still cheaper than getting it done elsewhere.
