I, for one, will not be shopping here EVER again. So far, I have had nothing but problems with my computer, have taken it in to have them fixed, paid good money to have the problems "fixed", only to have them reoccur (sometimes accompanied by even more problems). But the last straw was just now, when my computer informed me that the copy of windows it is currently using is not genuine, and I will need to pay ~$150.00 ON TOP of the repair fees I have already paid to re-purchase the genuine copy that USED to be on my machine. Buyer beware indeed: the "repairs" that take place here are poor at best and downright fraud at worst.
