I have shopped in Ross for many years and I mostly shop for the fair prices. I have to admit that customer service is terrible. Lines at the register are backed up and shelves are a mess and empty. Staffs also have a bad attitude. Today, for example, I was the third in line when the cashier decided to close her register. There was another cashier who already had a line of 5 people. So I end up being number 7 in that line. I asked for the manager and I found out that the cashier who closed her register was the manager in charge, Jannie. She told me that there was only one cash register open and another person would open register line 5. When I went to line 5, the only working cashier had a very rude manner, and sent me back to the line. I ended up leaving my stuff in a shopping cart and left the store. It is not worth it for me to save a couple of dollars for so much aggravation. What Ross needs to think is that there is a lot of competition down the road with pleasant employees who greet you when entering the store. They have a sense of urgency and a smile. It does not make sense that Ross has one person in the fitting room, one security person posting, one manager, and only one cashier. Ross should invest in personnel, leadership, most importantly handling customer, training sessions especially for managers. In my opinion, a manager lead by the example and if the manager does not care, then the employees will not care either. It will be a while until I give Ross the opportunity to have me as a customer again.

My existence was very enjoyable... we will all perish on this earth, that is why it is the upmost importance that every experience in a store is exquisite and peaceful. I found myself piering at a lovely pink, smooth, and captivating salt lamp. I am very proud to own such an luxurious item. Now I own a portal to the spirit world and am enlightend. My baby headphones broke and cryed in the wind. So now I have a new pair of silky smooth headphones which will even leave me even more enlightend then the first item I bought. So I call to the rising sun for you, dear child, to come into this fine establishment for a graceful period of time. this was a joke...

Always have great deals! Great variety of clothing and shoes for a value for kids and adults. Can find great prices on other home goods...And toys.. and other items. The only issue is the wait to checkout. Has constantly been an issue. Sometimes I dont even buy something I wanted because the long wait time. Last visit...It was 1 customer service person doing returns...I was the 9th person in line waiting to checkout...And someone else wasnt called until someone complained. 1 other person came up to help the now 11 people waiting.

Good store for buying personal gifts for family or friends. I always find clothing I like and they have a nice selection. The prices are very reasonable.
