Poor service as usual. They have one line open and try to force people through the self checkout. after waiting 15 minutes and the one line not moving at all. I suggested the self checkout person request more lines open. He said - oh you can just check yourself out here. - Well - they are not giving me a discount to check myself out and they are cutting a workers hours to force people to be check out clerks for them for free. I refuse. This is how it all started at gas stations. I tried to get help at the paint counter and gave up after 40 minutes. I saw associates wandering all over the store, but that department was apparently not their department and they were too lazy to page someone. The one place where someone actually tried to help me was in the electronics department but they were out of the item I wanted to purchase tonight. (Low shelves is just another problem in this store). I will not bother to return to this store. I try to support local businesses, but this is habitual. I will go shop at the Steubenville, Walmart where they actually serve their customers. It is a little out of my way, but I wont waist hours of my time once there. Or maybe I will just skip walmart all together and go to kmart in East Liverpool or target etc.

I wish I could give it a 0. I been going to Kroger because I dont think theres one educated person in that place. Every time I go Im overcharged. Last trip was $35 overcharged for baby formula because the lady was too lazy to scan and put it in a bag she piled it all next to the scanner and let it double scan. Tonight just had to go for Easter supplies and lady got pissy because I was spinning the bags around making sure I got everything. She got an attitude and said she handed me everything. Sure enough $15 worth of my food was missing! Idiots!!!! Never will I step foot in this place again.

Ive always loved Walmart but theyre not paying much attention to the customer service at the registers. Lane #8 id# 7JYVTHP2WR9, this lady is the most rude and ignorant person Ive met. She shouldnt be waiting on anyone. Ive been in her line before a few times thinking she just had a bad day but now Im convinced shes just a miserable rude, ignorant woman. Ive never been treated so poorly over just ringing a couple items. Shes so mean for no reason, if you dont like your job or waiting on people go find another job. This woman alone makes it a big fat ZERO. Get rid of her and it could be 5

It is a typical Walmart with the typical Wal-Mart mentality. The employees are rude and try get into the customers business. The employees are not knowledgeable about where store products are and try to make the customer feel stupid when they (The employee) can not find it. Secondly, The employees do not ask someone more experienced in the store for help. I did not feel like my presence in the store was valued. The cashiers spend more time talking to everyone and are too slow when ringing out customers.

The stocked shelves are never full. There is never enough cashiers during the busy times. Dont go after 9:00 PM or you will wait at least 15 minutes in line to cash out. There is two people standing at returns at after 9 PM, that doesnt make any sense. An off duty manager when asked if he could call for help, he said that he is off and he didnt care. This is a horrible business that hires horrible managers and schedules. Go to Kroger and just pay a little more.

Horrible! Might as well shop in Steubenville Walmart for how we were just treated! The cashier was ignorant like the devil! Then she ran to the next cashier whom she had follow us through the store going off on us! I got video and names and I will be reporting to their corporate! Dont waste your time at this non union store , they seem to think theyre higher up then the shoppers!

Do not go to Weirton Wal Mart to pick up an in store order. The clerk took a lady before me that came after I was in line by the service desk. Ended up waiting 20 minutes to pick up 3 tubes of hair jel that I cant ever find in the store. Wal Mart is such a huge retailer. Why cant they afford to have more cashiers and clerks?

Keep changing products on their shelves and no longer carrying some things that have been on their shelves since opening Do they dileberately do it Im not the only one that notices Their great value ice cream $ went up. While the quality went down as well as size Otherwise they would have gotten a better score

Cleaner than the STUPIDVILLE STORE and SAFER. Lots of purse snatching at the steubenville store that they try to cover up, and tell customers they will fill police reports, but never do, to try to protect Public Relations!

I hate the fact that you have over 20 registers and you only have one opened that is major BS but other than that its a good store I like the prices just need more registers open especially around the holidays

Always have huge amount of clearance items and never that long to check out, but I always go in the late evening. I like how the instant photo kiosk is right up front instead of all the way in the back.

The items I need are not always kept stocked on the shelves. I stop several days in a row and they are not there. It does me no good if their price is better but I have to buy somewhere else.

This is one of my favorite Walmarts. The store is clean and well stocked as well as organized with a very good staff of employees who most of them are courteous with customer service first.

I waited in line for 15 minutes to find out that they cant cash my check. You think theyd put a sign up or something that says that, but no. Still one of the nicest Walmarts out there though

Went in to buy a new television. I was there for 25minutes looking at various models and not one employee waited on me. I walked out & just ordered online from best buy! Wal marts loss.

Daniel "completely filthy, toilet paper everywhere. Sink was filthy, urine all over the place. Nobody knew where the products were...pitiful. The checkout clerk was exceptionally nice."

People working there are not helpful and many are rude. Prices are expensive even on generic brands.They dont do a good job keeping shelves stocked.

Easy to get in and out. There is self check out so it makes it fast to get what you need and go on your way! Also everyone there is very helpful!
