Ive never had poor service at this location until today. I went to the Clinique cosmetic counter to replenish supplies. I stood patiently waiting for assistance for almost 5 minutes before approaching a representative for assistance. Both were busy with customers, but neither acknowledged me having seen me standing there by making eye contact. I knew they were busy, but the person I approached abruptly responded that she was busy with a client. I would have appreciated her respectfully acknowledging me, and telling me that shed be with me asap. I was very disappointed with the customer service on this day, and I almost left the store. Thanks to the manager nearby I was able to get the items I needed, but I may go elsewhere in the future if these associates are working when Im in the store.

Great sale, buy one get two free! Lots of other sale racks, not sure how normal this is! It was a big sale day advertised for the weekend! Helpful at the register, she told me about the amazing deals! Selection for dresses was great! Finding below the knee pants not a good selection. They only had bright bold colors and one type!
