La vedad muy buena y bonita la tienda , pero en el departamento de perfume no me gusto para nada parece que pensaron que nose podia uno comprar perfumitos tan caros y cuando pedi un sample me lo negaron saviendo yo que ellos lo preparan no me gusto para nada he ido a otros en otros lugares y me han tratado exelentemente !!!

I decided to go visit this mall to burn some time while white waiting for something to be done and when I was looking around a young kid named Michael came up to me and asked me if I needed help. He stayed with me the whole time and even took me to another section in the store to find something for my girlfriend. When we got there him and Daniela helped me with a smile and patiently the entire time and even waited for me while I made a phone call. Im from Naples and the employees in saks there dont even come up to you if you are young. I just wanna say to the management to keep up the good work and keep hiring great employees. Thanks.

One of the rudest Saks Fifth in the Eastern coast. Many of the employees profile you as one walks in and based on that you are attended to or not. I understand commission is a big part of an employees pay, but do not let yourself be fooled that every customer must be treated equally disregard of their appearance. If you look poor to Sakss employee standard you will also get a complimentary package of unsolicited stares and a free stalk package by the employees following you around the store. Better go to a more professional Saks like the one in New York city or Bal Harbour.

I went in to buy myself a new bag over at fendi . I had someone by the name Julissa helping me out. She had a very nasty attitude and wasnt very helpful . I have been a customer of saks fifth for about 10 years and never have I ever been treated the way I did. I suggest she works on her customer service skills or work in a department that doesnt require interaction with others .

My girlfriends have had an event here , once a year . The store manager is a delight , as are all the staff and support . Except ... A marketing manager named Tom . There was something so off... Polite in front of the store manager , then throwing out manic , nasty remarks at all and sundry when out of ear shot of his bosses . My friends were not pleased , to say the least .

This is a large anchor store for Dadeland Mall. It is very typical Saks. Parking for this store, or any store at Dadeland Mall, is tough, especially on weekends. Saks does have its own valet parking separate from the malls, for a fee, of course.
