Dan in matress dept gets 5 STARS!!! Delivery has now been cancelled twice, suppose to be thurs, then sat, now tues, over a week since I bought it. Suppose to come today at 12 pm, get a text at 8:30a to say they cancelled it. They said manufacturer hasnt shipped item to warehouse. How do u sell an item you dont have? Cust service is no help, cant understand the guy. Everything u read about Sears delivery and cust service is true. I am super pissed! Thats 2 days off work I dont get paid for!

There are always great discounts in shoe section. We always find great discounts for for our 3yrs toddler. Sears is also known for good collections of tools and home appliances and this store is no different. When it comes to clothing then not so many good collections like J C Penny or Macys.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Me and my friends were rudely denied service and were told to leave. We were going to make a purchase but was changed our minds because of the rudeness. Hopefully this sears will rethink its human resource officer.

Horrible service and forget ever trying to call this store no one EVER answers the phone EVER!!!! I will never shop shop sears/kmart again after this last experience. No wonder this company is going under!!!

Its nice to talk to a knowledgeable salesperson about lawn mowers. Much better than at a big box. In this case I was looking for an air filter for a 15 year old mower and they had it in stock.

Took literally 5 mins to check me out and I had one thing the cashier asked me to many questions to sign up for a bunch a bull $h;t dude just let me pay and go on with the evening

No one ever answers the phones for any department. Really makes it a hassle to check on anything or ask questions.
