I have large breast and it has always been hard for me to get a good bra fit. I discover professional bra fitting years ago at a store in Aventura Mall but that store has close. I have tried the regular stores such as Victoria Secret and Soma with no success. I have never shopped at Nordstrom but I heard from a coworker that their costumer service was great. I also google reviews online and decided to give it a tried. I walked into the bra section and saw a young women helping another costumer. When she was done she asked me if I needed it help. I was very skeptical at first but decided to ask her if she could do a bra fitting. She was supper knowledgeable and did a very professional bra fitting. I end up buying 3 bras. I am extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism of Veruska Elizor. Nordstrom is definitely my new place for bras.

I am sorry to rate todays experience at the Bistro as terrible: the service was slow (there was one cashier taking orders while tables were empty); the food was poor at best (the bread of the club sandwiches was so hard my mother and my nanny could not eat it), even the signature warm bread pudding was burnt and delayed; and although I had asked for a candle with the dessert (I had intended to make it special for my Moms Birthday today) when the pudding arrived the waitress said, sorry no candles, oh, and sorry no mints either. I wonder if the store is closing, or if the Bistro is closing or if there is some other issue going on. On the way out I asked if the manager was at hand, "yes, way over on the other side of the store". Good place for the manage to be!!! Could he get any further away from the action???

Id give it one star alone if it werent for Marly, I believe thats her name. I went to pick up an online order, it was a mens fragrance gift set yet I headed over to the womens fragrance department to get it gift wrapped. The first lady i encountered was just so rude and acted as if it was a hassle to wrap it up for me. Marly on the other hand was very sweet and attentive, and gladly wrapped it for me. Also some other random lady asked for my ID while I was getting the gift wrapped, for no reason at all, I did hand it over because I did not think anything of it at the moment, however, there was no need of her to ask for my ID, very weird.

My experience was horrible . I always buy my face products at the clarins counter. The customer service provided by uzma was the worse service ever. U really need to do something about it. Cause as this particular person still working for you i would never go back to shop at the store. No morals at all. She was very disrespectful. Went to the E-bar right outside the store ... The bearded barista on Thursday evening, October 15th was very attentive to my order. He made me feel at home, was genuinely friendly and made some recommendations. I had the Pumpkin Spice Mexican Mocha ... Very Good , nice touch with the Mexican Chocolate.

This is my least favorite Nordstrom. The store is small and crowded. Service is friendly but not quite up to Nordstroms standard. Its location makes running in for something quick easy, but when shopping or browsing, it doesnt have the same stock/service/appeal as others. I far prefer Merrick Park.

I visit Miami about once a year to see family, and I always stop at Dadeland for some shopping. Jesse Cordoba at Nordstrom Dadeland Mall made my Nordstrom experience unforgettable. He is incredibly attentive and kind, as well as knowledgeable and trustworthy. Thank you!

Does not. Honor return policy, at all. Highly disappointed. Always have to go to Merrick Park to get quality customer service. Seems like I see new faces every few weeks I walk in here.
