Assistant Manager refused to do a wheel alignment on my Toyota Landcruiser because it had aftermarket wheels and tires, which were same size as stock. Went on about how he was qualified and all this BS. Upon explaining to him the laws of camber and caster, he tried to BS me further. This manager has no idea what he was talking about regarding a simple front end wheel alignment, youd think Sears would have reputable and experienced people working for them, guess not. DO NOT GO TO SEARS FOR ANYTHING. Just because they are a legitimate company doesnt mean they provide any better work than the shop/garage down the street. Whilst in there, a elder women came in to do an alignment and the manager said he couldnt find her "lifetime alignment" on the system, how the system sometime fails and glitches, and pressured her into no other option, but to purchase another one, she was not pleased. Upon leaving one of the front desk workers ( a lady) tripped and began swearing out loudly with myself and two other customers about, how professional... If sears want to be here in the long run I recommend they make some serious changes when it comes to management and customer treatment. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT AND THEY WILL COME BACK, ITS SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 101. P.S If you would like the specific name of the manager Im referring to, please do get in touch.

Extremely upset. Just wanted to get my garage door opener fixed which was originallly purchased and installed by them a few years back. Their local number is fake, takes you to their call-center whos more worried about the survey they want to give you than listening to your problem. The appointment was WEEKS out and then I found out they sent the wrong type of tech out to the house. Had to jump thru their call-center hoops again and reschedule the right tech which was another couple of weeks out. Tech gets to the house and says its $200 to fix the motor when its less than that to replace it! I asked if he could install a new one and he said no, I had to call and get another tech out to the house just to install a new one! I gave up and went with Lowes, got the garage door opener new and will be installed two days later!!!!!

If there was an option to give this store zero stars, I would give it a negative 2. The people were rude and gave me incorrect information. I drove thirty minutes to be told that I was in fact a liar and they were not the ones at fault. I was ignored when I asked for the complaint number and was told the manager was looking for what I came in for. This was yet another lie. She walked right past me as if I wasnt standing there staring at her waiting for an answer. I stopped her and asked and she threw her coworker under the bus saying she was the one that told me the incorrect information. All in all, this is an absolutely terrible store with nonexistent customer satisfaction. Now I understand why Sears is going out of business and would like to hurry the process along, especially after this experience.

I would have given Sears a zero if it were an option. Their return/ exchange policy is ridiculous. My grandma bought my daughter some clothes and because she couldnt find the receipt, I couldnt exchange them for a bigger size. I understand not giving me any money, I wasnt trying to do that anyway but to deny me of even being able to go one size up for the exact same item is absurd. I was told the only way to exchange them is with a receipt even though each tag clearly says "Sears" on it. I have never shopped anywhere in my life that doesnt allow someone to exchange an item without a receipt. Money and time completely wasted. I WILL NEVER shop at this store and will be sure to spread the word. All I wanted was to get one size higher to fit my daughter, not a hand out. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

The man who was standing in front of the lawn mowers whom was supposed to be their salesman, knew absolutely nothing about the product, every question I asked he didnt know the answer, such as does it have two speeds how long is the warranty and how much does extended warranty cost. I feel the sales person should be very knowledgeable about the product that they are selling and be able to answer simple questions without having to look them up on the Sears website or do a Google search!!!!!

The tread mill that I bought was damaged and we are still having to wait because they cant refund me for my purchase and they told me to go and call the customer services and then it just went down hill and they tried to get me to take a twenty dollar gift card for a tread mill that us damaged ,,,so I would not recommend to you to shop at Sears and plus there way to expensive ,,,and you could just go to harbor freight,for way better prices

I absolutely love this store. I have purchased a refrigerator, clothes, power tools and recently a new adjustable bed. I like the quality of the products, the selection is great, prices are right in line or better than other retailers and the employees are always helpful. Such a pleasure after dealing with rude personnel at other stores and they never have what you want.

This place is a joke and its only getting worse. Buying a quarter inch shallow and deep socket set I noticed it shorted me the 11/32 deep. Trying to buy it. Told they dont make it and when asked to order it in 12 points instead and they said it wasnt available. The other day I was at West Melbourne 192 Ace Hardware and they had the exact craftsman socket on the shelf.

Every time we go, the staff seems to consist of rude teens or 20-somethings. They socialize with one another, theyre not very helpful, and when you do ask for assistance if feels like youre bothering them because they were busy gossiping. Sears isnt what it used to be anymore. Very grateful the staff at Sears Auto Center still has their stuff together.

Bought a riding lawn tractor few years ago. The mower deck rusted out in about 18 months even though it was kept in the garage. When I inquired why they told me I am not supposed to wash it off after using. At least they didnt tell me not to get grass clippings on it. or use in in the sun light.

I spoke today with Ericka in the Home Department at that location about a question that I had about my Kenmore cookware set, she took a step above and help me a lot without even me buying anything. Can you believe that? I cant think of anywhere else where to do my Home Dept. shopping...thank you!

Great customer service at this Sears Auto Center location in Melbourne, Fl on Babcock Street. Sherry was absolutely the best. She was attentive to all of our auto concerns along with the best possible reccomendations. The wait was normal. A+ all around!!!
