Brought back a return on 11/30/2016 about 2 p.m.. I was in the tool section and a light haired(possibly a blonde) and a bit chubby woman salesperson tried to help me with my return. She had NO IDEA what she was doing! She hung up on the person she called about my return, said she had to go to lunch, then to the bathroom. Very snobby & seemed very unintelligent! She then ignored me until another salesperson came over and was VERY helpful and got things straightened out for me and was very nice. Where they found the other salesperson is a mystery! Where did they find her??? I did file a complaint also. VERY bad experience!!!

Always fun to shop for tools, pillows, beds and more. staff is fun. Although we laugh way too much and almost put a woman in labor. I like this store for some things as I mentioned sears.
