Worst customer service. We bought a egift card online and they wouldnt allow us to use it unless we "prove" this is not a replicate card etc. How stupid is that! When you have the card number and the PIN number of a card, why cant you use it? The manager Annabelle here is so rigid and unreasonable. She sets rules to customers by herself. She just wouldnt scan our egift card...

Place nice and staff nice but hanger policy SUCKS. We cant keep the clothing hangers with our purchases. They made an exception with me and let me keep about 4 hangers with my 10 clothing purchase. Manager handled my request very professionally. Now.... how am I going to hang all my clothes?!

The cashier was very polite but the manager at the time and date was either in a bad mood or on her monthly menstruation what a bad attitude should not be working customers service or servicing customers and anyway store was messy and undefined

This is a fun Ikea store. The store has a fun layout and is clean and organized. The weekends tend to be extremely busy. If you want to get some real shopping in, go during the weekdays.

Clean looking Marshalls. Not great variety or heat when it comes to shoes and clothes for men. But the typical cheap prices, good kitchen items and the line moved quick.
