To all WIC customers, do NOT get your WIC here at this location. My husband and I have been here about TWO-THREE times and all unsuccessful attempts to get WIC milk here. I mean we were ONLY getting milk and theres no sticker in the milk area designating that it is WIC approved. The cashier signed my WIC check and only to find out its not approved. She went to the Customer Service area to speak to another employee and told us that she will have someone get the correct milk for us . We wait for TEN minutes and no one returned to us with the correct milk. She ended up going back and coming back to us to only let us know that even though she initialed it, we can definitely come back and "THEY WILL HONOR THE CHECK". I told the cashier that once she initialed it, it is an automatic VOIDED WIC check. She maintained the same story. I left and spoke to the lady in customer service and she said the same thing as the cashier. So a week later, my husband and I returned with the same WIC check to attempt getting milk again. This time we asked a male store employee which milk is WIC approved. The employee we asked was unsure so he asked another male employee who had this scanner and he was scanning all of the milk that he thought was WIC approved. He finally found one and handed it to us and reassured that it was WIC approved. Up front, the female cashier was scanning our milk, she saw that it wasnt WIC approved. She got a manager or supervisor and the manager looked at our check and asked who had initialed it. We told her the initials but that we do not recall the cashiers name. We wait TEN minutes and only to find out there is no WIC milk here. The manager tells us the same thing as before that we can return with the same WIC check and that "they will honor it". My husband and I just left angry and disappointed. We ripped the check up and never returned to get our WIC here at this location ever again. Dont waste your time here.

Horrible, Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Whoever have ownership is making money on low minorities. They dont care about people who is living under these conditions. This walmart is a huge problem and looks like it has been a problem for years. The staff have major attitudes, especially the manager tammie and others that were there. They are not nice people trust and believe me. They are not helpful or very considerate. I cant stand this walmart and wish that it was never close to me. First they had a fight there and it just seems like it gotten worse. This area is going downhill, They have looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooog lines. Talk about customers when they leave. One associate in the customer service person gave back a refund and that person did not even say thank you, sorry for the inconvenience or nothing. And then the gay, manager. Mr fruit by nature. hes a damn fool. You think hes nice and he is not a nice person. He was talking to another associate with her hair looking like crap(wild) and eye shadows on looking like a damn fool out of hunts point(she works in customer service) Looking like a hot mess everytime i see her. Shes talking about a customer and whispering to mr gay man how that customer is stupid.. Ridiculous I heard it and everyone else behind me did Grow the hell up. Is these the kind of people walmart hire. I feel so sorry for the downfall.absolutely not....

This place is bad from start to finish. The parking lot is like a war zone. The outer area is full of tractor trailers that have ruined the pavement and run over all of the curbs and landscaping. When you park and go into the store, youll be swarmed by panhandlers and people selling cds, etc. outside the entrances. The inside isnt much better. The store is usually in total disarray. Good luck finding the items you want in stock, prices on merchandise, a working price scanner, or an employee willing to help. Youll see plenty standing around talking but you wont find them working or going out of their way to help a customer. Most are outright hostile if you approach them for help with anything. Ask for a manager you say? Good luck. They wont take phone calls and never seem to be available if youre there in person. This store has gone down hill and appears to be picking up speed. Customer service is a thing of the past here and the general environment is starting to feel unsafe. I say this as a person who lives in the neighborhood and used to shop here almost exclusively. Now I pass it by to shop elsewhere, even if it means going farther out of my way or paying a few cents more.

I bought a sleeve for my laptop today so I could carry my mac around with me at school. I payed 30$ for it and was happy that it would have a wireless mouse along with it. I am an unemployed student so I was slightly excited that I would be able to get the mouse along with it. There was a really nice Swiss laptop bag that was a dollar more that I really liked but I went with the other one because Ive needed the mouse. So I get home and get the packaging off to realize that there is sleeve, the nano receiver and even a duracell battery for the mouse but NO mouse! Seriously? So now Im gonna have to go back and try to fix this-which probably wont even happen knowing the unfortunate customer service I have received from here-but it is worth a try I guess. I was a little ticked off after realizing I was missing part of what I payed for when I got home because now I will have to spend more time trying to fix this. If it werent for this I would have rated 3 stars-some people are helpful, some arent-but this was the last straw. I dont have these problems with any other wal-marts in the Charlotte area so next time I will spend my money some where else.

NEGATIVE TEN STARS IF THAT WERE POSSIBLE. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE- GO TO ANY OTHER WAL-MART, IT IS WORTH THE EXTRA DRIVE/ MILES- BELIEVE ME. My family and I were harassed and FOLLOWED OUTSIDE by the rent-a-cop security officer R.Wilson who clearly thought she had some sort of legal authority, and the assistant manager "Rosie" was just as ignorant and rude even AFTER she finally admitted that my family was right- the mouthy and harassing rent-a-cop does NOT have any legal authority over us. Weve never had any problems with Wal-Mart in the past but this one took it to such an inappropriate level it was beyond ridiculous. Eight and a half months pregnant and I had a mouthy rent-a-cop in my face (with gross pink gunk in her teeth- thats how close she came to my face) screaming the most inappropriate and rude language at me. Corporate will be hearing about this incident. This store needs to be under investigation for their unethical, inappropriate, and unprofessional business practices. FYI Rosie: you need to APOLOGIZE to people when YOURE in the wrong. Shame on you.

Zero Rating, not even worth the 1 Star. Absolutely poor service in the Auto and Tire department. I waited outside for 25 minutes, first one at the door, they didnt open the door until 9:10am on a Sunday when the door says they open at 9:00am, I was the first one in line, all I needed was my tire plugged. I have road hazard warranty on my tire and the bolt was right in the center, easily fixable. Not for the Auto department. They dont help the first person and line at the counter, they help the first person in line outside. Even though my car was here in line, outside first. They made me move my car and helped the other person behind me because their name was in their computer system first. I asked to speak with the Auto Care Center Manager but of course she wasnt there. They said thats how ALL Walmarts help their customers. I then waited outside for my car to be done, but instead of putting the tire back on the technician decided to stop and go get a soda then come back to finish. Absolutely terrible service and I hope I never have to come back to this one again.
