I agree with the person who said she often leaves frustrated. It seems like every time I visit this location, they dont have something basic Im looking for. Today it was the disinfecting Swiffer solution and a small box of dishwasher pods (they were all large boxes). I get that its not a Super Target and the selection wont be as good, but Im about to switch to another store and only go to Target for decorative stuff and the stuff thats on sale for a really good price. Its always crowded and checkout is a pain, but thats got to be expected given that its the only Target not in the suburbs. What bothers me is that every time I go in, I see large spaces of empty shelves and hooks that need to be restocked, no matter what department Im looking in.

I am sorry Mangykat had a bad experience, but I LOVE this pharmacy, including the PAs as well as Dustin, my favorite pharmacist in the world, who is extremely attentive, remembers regular customers, and is very proactive in ensuring that you understand your policy. My physician recently called in a prescription and the drug is backordered, and Ive had personal calls from PAs making sure I know the status of the drug. Although it can be a busy pharmacy at peak times (like Saturdays), the staff is gracious and always clear about what time you can expect your medications.

Quite a few people in the store around 9. There were two registers open and two self check out lines open. At one point there were at least 8 people waiting in self check out and several in other lines. Saw at least one other person working who didnt seem to be doing much and responded to a customer with a very unenthusiastic "yeah..." when asked a question when one of the self check out lanes was having an issue. Parts of the store (womens, shoes to name two) were a mess. Charlotte has quite a few Targets and this seems to be the worst one consistently.

I guess they dont train employees anymore on what customer service means. Asked a tall skinny girl with pinkish red hair where a certain section of the store was and she gave me a blank stare then said "um I dont know". Wtf! Why do you work here? Ive seen her before in the store about two months ago and she looked very lost and was sooo slow on the register like she was new. Ugh! Id rather drive to Northlake location than deal with her. Train your employees before putting them where customers interact with them.

I wanted to puchase an advertised item that I found out about on the 3rd day of the sale. I called one store (closest to my job) to see if they had any available. They did not have anymore in stock but checked for other locations. Very good customer service at the 8830 Albemarle Road Store. The CSR gave me this stores number. I called requesting for the item to be held for 7 hours & they refused. I called another store & they were more than willing to hold the one (1) they had left for me until 4pm.

Dont let the cashiers in this store talk you into THE RED CARD. Today the cashier ask if I wanted to apply. I said NO she then said it is a rewards card. I said "So its not a credit card? Because I dont want a credit card." She again said NO. So I started the process with her when the machine asked for my annual income and social it was obvious she lied to me. Im so angry. I will NEVER step foot on this store again. Beware!! Or at least not as gullible as I was.

We moved into town from Matthews over a year ago, which meant I had to switch a new Target store. I love that no matter which Target you go to, it feels like "home" because you can easily find everything where you expect it to be. This Target is especially popular and, as such, quite busy. At the end of a long Saturday, it can look a bit like a tornado hit it, but by the next day, theyve got it ready for another day of happy shoppers!

was a little disappointed when I received a photoalbum that the binding split after looking through the album one time. However, I went to the store and the photo technician was very helpful and happy to help me, he put me on the phone with a gentleman who helped me and sent me a new album and let me keep the broken one for the inconvenience, I guess it was a fluke, they said they never had a problem with the binding before.

PHARMACY: Awful service today. Dropped off perscription at 10am for pick up at 12 noon. Came at 2pm and not only was it not ready, it took 30 minutes to fill and then they only could fill half of it. Didnt tell me they could only fill half. Today is Friday and they expected other drug in Monday which was unacceptable. Requested my money and my perscription back and taking my business elsewhere!

Its always clean, the staff is VERY helpful. Always have what I need when I need it. Only complaints I have are 1. I wish it was bigger. A Super Target in this area would be great and 2. In the Food Cafe area there never seems to be anyone at the counter. I once waited 10 minutes for someone to check on me at the counter and that was after I went to the Starbucks side to see if anyone was working.

I am a Target loyalist, but this particular location often leaves me frustrated. I have waited to review to ensure it was not an isolated occurrence. Well, here I am. Many times I have found items out of stock and long checkout lines. After most trips here, I end up going somewhere else to finish my shopping. I keep going because the location is convenient. I hope these issues improve.

This target gets five stars purely because I love it so much I can look past the limited product selection and appreciate it for what it is, a good sized target that has (almost) everything I need in Midtown! I have found that the customer service is hit and miss, but more often than not, they are friendly and helpful. The cashiers are usually really welcoming and quick.

Very nice target. Huge selection on swimsuits☺☺☺. I would have given 5⭐s But as I was shopping 2 of the employees were arguing with a customer. A handicapped man at that. Im not saying the customers are always right, however customer service is more important. They shouldnt have stooped to that level. It was a really bad look on the hiring of the staff.

The store has undergone major management and staff improvements since it opened in 2007. The location is good, serving an area otherwise unserved by major retail. Can be very busy but the parking deck never fills up, especially levels 2 and 4, level 5 is often closed off altogether and can be accessed by foot, excellent skyline view from the top.

I as a Pastor headed to the Hospital to visit a sick patient; stop in to this Target at Medtown for a Bible or something Biblical to encourage the young man but come too find they dont carry Bibles in the store. The manager Sarah told me to go on line. Why have a store in a five blocks of two main Hospital and dont carry a Bible.
