Peebles has some of the best deals on womens clothing on the planet. You have to sign up for their credit card, though, to get all of their deals. I routinely get capris, sweaters, blouses, workout apparel... all for under $15. Check out the clearance racks for the best prices. You can usually combine clearance prices with coupons to get the steals.
