I purchased tires a couple years ago probably 07 or 08 I got them rotated and pretty much every year( aligned year or two after I got them). I skipped last year I just never got around to it. When I went this past week they would not rotate them because the alignment was so bad that they told me I had to purchase all 4 new tires, because just the very outside tread was worn down on the driver and the then inside of the passenger. I should have got at least another 7000 miles out of the tires. All the person wanted to do is sell me new tires for over $660. Im full time college student and cant afford replace tires a full year or two ahead of schedule, because they did a horrible job of aligning all of them. I drive a 98 civic not a sports car so I cant believe it would cost that much for tires. Extremely over priced and rude. There is simply no more customer service.

This store has seen some better days that is for sure. They can use an update. I had a great experience with customer service here, when I initially got to the store. A gentleman helped me with some questions about a shed. They have a very large shed and tool selection, which is great. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to find an associate when it came time for me to purchase the appliance that I originally came in the store for. However, once I tracked down an employee, the two that I found were very friendly, informative, and not too pushy, which was a nice surprise. The item I found for sale on their web site was not priced right in store, so they priced matched me, another plus. I think Ill give this store another try in the future. I know the appliance was available for $30 more at JC Penny, in the same mall, so their prices are competitive.

HORRIBLE! One Star is giving them too much credit. Sears sold me a defective product, now wont take it back because of their "new" 30-day no-return/refund/exchange policy. The store manager was such a coward and would not even face my wrath herself. Word of advice to the department manager: continuing to say that its out of your hands DOES NOT HELP! Sears will never get another dime of my money, and I encourage all of you out there to never spend a dime there, especially if you have a thought that you will return the item at any point in the future. Put them out of their misery, and let someone who actually cares about customers fill the demand.

Dont buy any extended warranties from sears it a ripoff. Hell dont buy anything at sears. You can get replacement parts online. Sears will just sell you $500 voucher for replacement of whatever your extended warranty is for. At the co$$$t of the extended warranty. Save your money shop somewhere eles.

One of my two favorite department stores in the area. Always clean and well stocked with name brand merchandise, including Craftsman! Better products and tools than Harbor Freight or Walmart. Love Sears!
