Shopped for dishwasher and the workers never offered help but were instead busy talking with each other. When I asked for help one of them pointed to a computer desktop and asked ME to answer MY own question! I left and ordered it online from home. The delivery drivers dropped it and broke it and wouldnt take it back, I had to call their foreign speaking customer service to schedule a pick up and I asked for a refund because Ive had enough, but did not get it. I reported them to Better Business Bureau which did nothing, then I reported them to my credit card bank and they refunded my money. It took 35 days to get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM SEARS! Never again for us!

Craftman used to mean lifetime. Noe that only applies to hand tools. Return no questions asked for life. Limit 10 tools per day. Purchased a $59 wheeled tool chest for my wife. Saw very little use. Retractable Handel broke and would not fully extend. Warranty was 30 days and I had to have my receipt. "Hmm. A lot of cos out there making bootleg SEARS toolboxes so we better require a receipt". Eddie. Please tell customers your warranty on the Craftsman brand. I dont think requiring a receipt will do much to recoup your losses when you bought Sears. Sad to see an American icon die.

The store has a great policy for supporting veteran employees, but I will never do business with them again because of the poor quality of a grill they sold me and lies told a salesman told me about its warranty. And, the cost of replacement parts is sky high for every product I have ever purchased there.

Saved tons of money through the shop your way rewards program and got a great deal on my designer Armani exchange glasses with good lenses for only 200 bucks and got 30 dollars in free reward dollars and got a shirt and swimming trunks for free, no tax either, cant beat sears prices and reward program!

Thought I had a good experience,turns out the clerk ordered me fat size. So I got the wrong size again paid for shipping again. Sears please hire people that dont hate their jobs and customers. They seemed to particularly hate white people. NEVER AGAIN!!! You can keep it.

If you need a Maytag repairman, dont use Sears. They confirm appointments, give you 4 hour timeframe but do not show up. If you call customer service, you get the Philippines!! Better service elsewhere. Do not deserve even 1 star but could not post without it.

They carry what one should expect to see in a sears, but otherwise Ive never been too impressed by this specific store. Ive looked here for clothing or tools, but I dont think Ive ever bought anything... There are better options and priced to be had elsewhere.

The registers (not the cashiers) are very slow. If youre in a hurry, order it on-line and pick it up in the drive-thru! Also, they have a very strict 30 day return policy, so dont delay. Ive saved lots of money with their Shop Your Way Rewards program!!

I called this location to inquire about a hot water heater. The person i spoke to on the phone told me they had what i was looking for. Apon arrival there was a large gentleman who told me "not here" and shook his head. I will never shop there again.
