DONT GET A TARGET RED CARD: I made dozens of phone calls to confirm the balance amount and to check that my bank had not already paid the amounts in question. AFTER 41 PHONE CALL TO CANCEL THE CARD, WAS TOLD I COULD NOT UNTIL BALANCE WAS PAID. Got it! Finally had to DRIVE to the store and pay the bill in person, since I did not want to give, or trust them with, correct bank account numbers and routing numbers. Everyone at the Target call centers was either from the Bay of Bengal and did not speak English, or they were some fast talking, crack-smoking ghetto prince or princess who talks a blue streak and does not let you get a word in edgewise. When you finally get a toehold into their long line of BS, they get a big attitude and say, "SCUSE ME?" From that point on, it is hopeless. They put you on hold for 30 minutes until you hang up. After 30 of these calls, I drove over to the store to pay my bill. That was 4 hours of my life I wish I could have back. Okay, they screwed up my Red Card, then immediately sent me 3 collection letters for purchases I made at their overpriced pharmacy. It took 41 phone calls, many of which were at this Target store in Orlando so the poorly-trained arrogant "night manager" could accept my payment. He swiped my card over and over, never once trying to enter the numbers manually. Their crappy POS equipment kept choking (the electric eye was probably dirty), so after numerous phone calls to some real professionals at Bank of America, I suggested to the "manager" Brett that he try a manual entry; he refused, continuing to swipe my card in the register itself, which also did not work. I asked his employee number and he refused, saying it was against policy (a lie!). FINALLY, he entered Visa card data manually. This worked just fine, but after nearly three hours of calling Targets 800 numbers, and the blind leading the blind--coaching this "manager" through the payment process, my blood pressure was sky high. Brett the genius did not even offer me a chair to sit down in or a glass of water! After 3 hours of standing and four trips back to my car in the hot, second floor parking garage, to get paperwork they needed to post my payment, I had severe chest pain and suggested we call an ambulance. Brett did nothing! and my phone was now dead. The African clerk offered to charge my phone a little so I could call 911 myself!! Are you kidding me!!! Tried several times (over 40 in all) to cancel the Red Card, but NO ONE would not because I would not give them correct banking data (would you trust these losers with your bank account??!). This is a crappy store, run by high-school dropouts and uneducated kids with attitudes. The REAL manager, an Indian lady named Nerversa, was never consulted, the arrogant Brett insisting that he knew everything about the store and the POS equipment, and kept blaming my credit card and Bank of America for all our difficulties. These pukes dont know the meaning of customer service, much less knowing or caring if customers are having a medical emergency and what to do about it. I asked them the address of the store and zip code, and 5 employees who were standing around watching this circus all offered different zip codes, finally admitting they dont know. Perhaps they are messing with the customers and creating aggravation on purpose, for their own entertainment?? All we can hope is that Target goes out of business (its about time) and their uncaring "diversified" workforce are all fired and cannot collect unemployment.

I live right next door to this Target, so Im there a lot. I do like the store in general, but there are a couple things that bother me, number one being the price of my item on the shelf is always different from the price thats rung up. The first time, I bought Oxiclean which was on sale but it rang up as the full price (which I had to argue was not correct). The second time, I purchased a big box of blank cards which was on clearance for $5, but it was rung up as $11 (again I had to argue that this was not correct). The third and final time was the time that bothered me the most. I bought an adjustable, movable garment rack which was on the shelf for $19.99. When it was rung up, it was $31.99. I was NOT happy and insisted that an associate accompany me so I can show them what is was listed as in the aisle. The associate first ignored me and then after my persistance, reluctantly let me show him the price. Turns out, the item I purchased, along with more of the same ones, were in the wrong spot with the wrong price tag. HELLO?!? DOES NO ONE CHECK THESE THINGS? So I had to pay full price after being deceived. Theyre lucky I needed a garment rack! I absolutely love Target in general, but this one needs a bit of work.

Worst costumer service. One cashier lady named Kristin mass up my travelers check and end up my check got void. I have to send that check back to Amex, and cost me few bucks to send it and get a new check. Even I ask her if I have any questions with the check can I bring it back. She just told me"NO" since its her fault to mass up the check. Target need to train their employees better, well knowledge on their positions. If they are not sure what to do, just ask someone who knows. Dont mass up everything and ask customer to fix it by themselves. Worst customer service ever!!

I worked for Target for years and even in management, but this Target has the rudest guest service I have ever experienced. They are a poor representation of Target and the level of experience you would come to expect there. There used to be an excellent GSTL/GSA there who was so friendly, but he has since gone. The ones there now act like smiling and being kind would kill them. The same goes for most of the cashiers. Since we have moved here this Target has steadily gone down hill.

This used to be a wonderful Target. They used to have a great selection, but something must have changed in their management; the last handful if times Ive been here the place wasnt clean, the selection of products they carry has dramatically decreased, half the shelves are always empty, and the items on the shelves do not match the description tags under them. They have certainly gone down hill and no longer represent what Target has lead us to expect.

I like target a lot and appreciate its precesnce it allows a variety to the supermarkets besides just Walmart and sams club. I like the back to school section a lot when I went shopping with my younger sibling! They had stuff that even I wanted! Which wouldnt have been of use lol. Very cute little items and very eye catching, from the simplest to the most daring colors. Their furniture there is very very cute also! Have a look and see for yourself.

Keep in mind that this is NOT a Super Target like WaterfordLakes. This is a standard Target with no bakery or deli, the food selection is basically snacks and essentials. Granted i personally use Publix for that, so it doesnt bother me. Ive been coming here for years and Ive never an issue with staff being clueless or check out being slow. Theres also a new self check out. I love the selection here and I highly recommend this location. :)
