Products are rarely damaged. Prices are usually cheaper on products except for electronics, can usually beat walmart prices on electronics elsewhere, let alone on electronics they false advertisement the product most of the time, example: TVs they advertise the dynamic contrast ratio at 15,000,000:1, well the dynamic contrast ratio doesnt mean a darn thing, the regular contrast ratio is what to look for and they usually do not advertise it (usually only in store, if your looking online they usually have both specs to look at), hence the reason most TVs are returned after black friday cause they are horrible. The #1 reason I do not shop here unless it is absolutley necessary is because of the wait to check-out, 32 lanes and only 3 or 4 are open. Expect an hour to check out, some argue use the self-service lanes, they are worse, dumb people cant use them, normal people are too fast for the dumb machines, always have to get the watcher employee to bypass, so in reality no difference in waiting in a regular lane. Note: I have never found a store that has more than 3 lanes open, so the complaint is universal. I am just posting this complaint cause it is the determination on where I will shop. Most people dont know about the store Winn-Dixie, so it is usually empty, still a smaller wait for check-out and oddly enough, most the time I save more money than shopping at walmart. Occasionaly I will shop at publix, and they are usually 3 times higher price, I DO NOT CARE ABOUT PRICE, I care about how long I have to waste my time there. Once a store figures out most people are like that and opens more lanes, they will make more business.

This Wal-Marts auto/service department has the worst customer service. I stopped giving them my business, and discouraging others from going there after realizing that despite advertising that they inspect your vehicle and check your tire pressure with the oil change, thats a lie. I had a headlight that was out, that wasnt checked or brought up, and I pulled out my own tire gauge before leaving, and saw that my tire pressure was different for each tire, despite my receipt indicating that the pressure was checked and leveled off. Additionally, they somehow managed to sell my mothers tire with the rim, to another customer who took the items home, and wasnt willing to come back to the store until a few days later. Most recently, my mother sat outside waiting for 10 mins for an associate to take her info for an oil change. She called customer service after seeing two employees (probably on break) see that she was waiting for assistance, and did nothing to help her. She spoke with a manager, who hung up on her, and then to another associate, who only made excuses for the inadequate service. This WalMart certainly needs to work on their customer service. My mother and myself are just two people who refuse to give this location anymore business. People work too hard for their money to be treated as if their business isnt wanted. Thats okay though, this business loss will be anothers gain.

Very nice Walmart with friendly helpful people. Poor scheduling practices for the speedy checkout lanes. They always put the slowest cashiers in the speedy checkout lanes. The woman ahead of the woman in font of me had 4 shirts. She took them off the hangers to help the elderly cashier. The cashier then took over a minute a shirt each to fold them and bag them. Oh thank my lucky stars they change out the cashiers. Jimmy the new cashier tries to sell the woman in front of me a Walmart credit card. Are you kidding me, this is the speedy checkout lanes. In the time the two people in front of me are checked out 5 shopping carts have gone through register 19. Finally get to Jimmys register with my 3 items. He is nice and polite but has no sense of urgency. Finally finished and he asks me do I want to apply for a Walmart Credit card. I asked him why would you ask that question of someone in the speedy checkout lanes. The woman behind me said she didnt want it either then the three behind her all said they didnt either, just to speed things up in the speedy checkout lanes. Seems to me that they need to do some training of the person that puts slow cashiers in the speedy checkout lanes and train the trainers to not piss off the people in the line by being slow and trying to sell every customer a Walmart credit card.

Two of the bad reviews here are harsh, and laughable. This Wal-Mart ranks low on the appeal list because it is dingy and old looking, not fresh and bright. It has no shiny waxed light colored floors, but their dark colored floors (unique to this wal-mart) are always clean. There is no perfume/cologne section, appealing name brand cloths, or beautiful employees/decoration. It is simply Wal-Mart at its more basic, if you want more Orange Citys Wal-Mart is brighter, has white waxed floors, better looking employees, and tvs in front of every cash register. Other than that this store more or less has the same exact products found in other wal-marts so a gallon of milk here is just as good as the one in Orange Cities.

My rating is for an employee and not the whole store. Last night I was school supply shopping for my 6 children and because I was dumb and waited until the last minute I had trouble finding everything. I was on the verge of an anxiety attack until One man named Wilfred totally saved the day! He noticed how flustered I looked and offered me help. No one does that anymore. I didnt have to hunt him down and beg for help, he came to me. I was amazed! He was so kind and helped me find everything on my list without making me feel like I was an inconvenience. Seriously the best Wal-Mart employee I have ever encountered. That man is the only reason I am giving a 5 star rating! So thank you again, Wilfred!

Absolutely the worst Wal-Mart several instances where employees are just plain rude dont even try to do site to store at this walmart unless you have a couple of hours I have tried three times, today I went to the store and Ashley who wears one of those yellow jackets and says she is a manager blocked me from entering a check out lane summoning another customer placing her in front of me and then telling me I could go behind her when I asked to speak to a manager Assistant manager Kyle came and wanted me to demonstrate what had happened he was rather condescending but in the end this is really my fault for not going to Publix to begin with. ANY OTHER WALMART BUT THIS ONE

I havent done a site to store pick up before. I was told I would receive confirmation when it arrived to the store location and I didnt. I called the store to verify if it was at the location and I was given transfer that continued to ring with no answer. Its annoying and aggravating that I tried to confirm the item being there and I didnt want to waste time driving to the location for an item that may or may not be there. Ive had past issues with trying to call specific walmart locations to verify other items I wished to purchase, only to be put on hold for almost an hour then disconnected.
