I went to this store around 730 on yesterday. I had an 8 oclock appointment so I decided to spend some time in one if my favorite stores. I had never been to Ross on thus side if town so I was really looking forward to some retail therapy. I walked inside and no one greeted me, but that ok. When it was time to go to the register, I was a little confused as to which register was open due to the set up of the walk threw. No one even cared that I was just walking around trying to figure it out. There was one customer being checked out but there were several cashiers and staff members walking about. So after the customer walked off Im just standing there trying to figure out was that lane just for returns or everyone because she is just standing there leaning. So after a few minutes because I really need to go, I asked another cashier is anyone going to ring me up. I had over 100 dollar worth of merchandise. She pointed to the leaner and said she just told you to come on and Im looking like when. So as I approach the register she is so unprofessional she turns to walk of, I said excuse me maam can you ring me up she said no Im closed, I said but the young lady just told me that you just called me over to ring me up so that was a second ago now I cant ring you up I have to check this other young lady out first who had just walked up. It wasnt just what she said it was the flippant nonchalant I dont give a damn attitude and turned her head with a smirk as if I was just going to stand there and wait until someone decided that they WANTED to ring me up. Instead I left the buggy sitting where it was and I left never to return to another Ross store again. The staff at this store is so unprofessional.

I have fell in love with this store every since my daughter told me about it. I have found lots & lots of clothes & other things I totally love. The people are super nice & they are comical too. I wish you had one in Bowling Green, KY. My family lives there & they love my clothes & how cheap they are. Please bring one to every CITY . THANKS so very much!

I love Ross Stores and was looking forward to visiting this new location. Sadly, it has a poor selection of clothing everytime I come in. The shoe selection for size 10 is almost unheard of at this location; most Ross stores have a limited selection of size 10s but this one rarely has any.

The staff is DISGUSTING I saw a cashier JESSICA try to fight a customer she was LOUD VULGAR RUDE and to add insult to injury they try to make the customer look bad the store is dirty and always empty hate going there they dont even deserve the 1 *

A better VARIETY OF WOMEN SHOES IS NEEDED. THERE WAS ONLY 5 PAIRS OF SIZE 9 WOMEN SHOES IN THE WHOLE STORE. A BETTER SELECTION OF WOMEN DRESSES WOULD ALSO BE NICE.

I love the clothes. Staff unprofessional. Loud talking and laughing going on. Lines get long and it dont seem to matter to them. Too much attitudes.

They have a bunch of realistically priced items. When they get new stock, its great. Womens shoes are lacking but everything else is great.
