Allison Cunningham worked incredibly hard to obtain our business. She did a great deal of homework on our past uniform program highlighting deceptive and costly business practices and how Unifirst would be different. The transition between companies was seamless and having been on the program now for almost a year I can say that the promises have been kept. Billing is accurate and when mistakes happen they are corrected in a timely manner without fuss. Our driver is courteous and efficient and quality has been good too. I know Allison is a sales rep and fully expected her to take a step back once the program was up and running but she has kept in touch, really going above and beyond. Horrible, absolutely horrible is how wed rate their service. Being one of the biggest in the welding industry in central florida, Unifirst is absolutely terrible. Not only does their service manager lie and lie and lie, but its service and clean uniforms is a disaster. A true dissappointment in the service. I thought aramark was bad, but these guys take the cake. Guess I have to suck up the Cintas price and give them a try. Now if they cant just tell the truth and get on with their service I dont see anyway shape or form they stay in business. Also how hard is it to clean a uniform? The show undercover boss showed just how "modern" their new facility when the president almost got sucked into a machine. Just a disgrace and the Titusville office takes the cake.

Our Driver James Bair is a delight to see every Monday like clock work. He is attentive to our needs and requests and very responsive to any concern we have. He is a definite people person and makes us feel valued and cared about. He is a huge asset to the company and I recommend him taking on a leadership role as management to all drivers. I think James makes a huge difference to Unifirst and he has great customer service skills. He is TOP KNOTCH!
