This location is very ageist. They gave special attention to people who were older than their 20s, but completely ignored me and treated me like I was gum on the bottom of their shoe. I would avoid this location if at all possible.

Really nice people. Barry, one of the store managers recognizes me by name when I walk in. They have great fashion advice, and really seem to take care of their customers as well. One of my favorite Brooks Brothers to shop in.

Unfortunately if youre slim they just dont have fits for you. Forget about finding one of the new Regent Sport Coats at size 39 or less, or a single Milano fit dress shirt.
