Sales clerks are helpful and nice. They always remember that I like to have my items shipped to my front office. This location has the kids line in their store and some J.Crews do not. I wish they carried more of the collection and special pieces, but the clerks always offer to order for me and the shipping is very fast. The store is one of the largest J.Crews I have shopped in.

I was disappointed when I visited the store recently. I have had many positive interactions with the staff but not this time. The sales associate who had black hair and tattoos was very rude to me as I was trying to shop for my son. I wish she had been more friendly.

The mens selection is quite limited and sparse, so most of what Im looking for is better found online. In the dead of winter, for example, there was a very small selection of top coats in just one style and color.
