Just a terrible place. Honestly, my mother was distraught to the point where she was in tears when she came home. Apparently she was looking for a blazer and she usually has to go up a size due to her shoulders and the woman there embarrassed her, singled her out as well as had a horrible attitude. In front of everyone she kept emphasizing how they could not possibly carry a size that large nor would any other store around. In front of a line of people at the register she repeated how big she was and how they would never carry that size. My mother is not large and just lost a significant amount of weight and was shopping as a reward to her accomplishment, as you could probably guess... This was just so saddening to hear. She is a beautiful woman, no matter the size whether smaller or larger no person should be treated as such. The woman had a terrible attitude from the start as well. So my mother had done nothing to provoke her, over all sears must employ no professional people within their stores as the woman had a horrible ratty old wig that looked as if it hadnt been brushed that had then been placed in two pig tails that promptly stuck out at straight angles outside of her head. She had a terrible attitude and snorted every time my mother asked her any questions. honestly we have had problems with sears and their jewelry department (with chains braking, jewels falling out) but this takes the cake. it just shows you how this company is falling. If i could go back in there and punch that woman i would.

We have always got good service at this Sears Store. The other ones are miles away. I hope this stays in business for a long time. I have never had a problem and everyone that has helped us did a good job. The only other stores around that carry clothes are Walmart in this town and I hope this one can make it until more come in!

Someone please tell the sale people to shower or use soap when the do. I have had three that completely stunk. I really think they will hire anyone who will work. Inside the store is ok and the tire people were really good.

Went to the auto center to see about fixing a busted window...they dont even know how to obtain the parts needed to replace it. Going somewhere where the mechanics know what theyre doing.

you cant even call and get a answer if they carry a product. Called 3 times..all went to national call center, and then back to store and the store hung up or did not answer!

When you walk into Sears it has this very un-pleasent smell. The stocks arent great and there is a large lack of shoes.
