I ve been shopping at Ross Dress for Less for many years! As I have aged over the years I continue to find a huge assortment of sizes for all kinds of occasions. From kids , to juniors, to womens, to Full Figure, including 2x an 3x as well as perfumes, mens cologne, shoes for the whole family, things for the house, and purses, etc. I like shopping at Ross Dress for Less because the clothing and etc is very reasonbly priced!

Downtown Woodstock

I came in at 9 and asked if the fitting room closes before the store closes. I was told Im fine and can try everything on till 10. I had a full shopping cart and the manager decided to close the fitting room early. Now I have to purchase my whole cart, try on everything at home and return what doesnt fit tomorrow. Its ridiculous!

I just called to ask for my w-2 and how i go about getting them... Since irs dept doesnt have them.... This guy named James was very rude on the ☎... He hung up the phone without even answering my questions.... Very rude.... I so glad I dont work here anymore customer service has went downhill...

Terrible 35 people in line and only 2 lanes open put my stuff back! Very poor customer service and you dont care because its not in a rich area. Have some pride for your brand raggedy ass store!

The customer service here is ridiculous. The manager kept one line open when there were more than 10 people waiting. He did not even acknowledge the line. I will not come back here

At this location there is never really anything to choose from. Hispanic children running around very where. This is not a neat store. Stuff is every where!
