Pretty good values on lots of items including clothing, home goods and such. Seems to have increased in quality (and price somewhat) from the Bealls I remember from 20 years ago - but still not mall/department store prices.

Cashiers are trying to do too much, sell the the store card, discuss promotions, collect email...if you want to create a better customer experience, just smile and make the transaction as fast as possible.

Decent store with all kinds of clothes. Nothing I personally found amazing but just got some undershirts. I did check out the tie selection and its not great. Decent prices but dont expect much.

Bealls Department Store is a nice high quality merchandising store. The prices are a little higher but its a direct reflection of the high quality clothes that they sell.
