The Ross in Rockhill steals from customers!! The manager took the extra $20 I accidentally handed her. When I asked for it back she refused! I asked her to count the register and she refused!! I was SO nice at first. And she was SO rude right off the bat. I am SO disappointed in Ross and theyre employees. I used to LOVE shopping here. But NEVER ever will I be back. I am also tempted to return everything I bought tonight.

They need more cashiers. I stood in line 30-40 minutes. Also the store looked like it needs more shoplifting personnel and more people putting back clothes. The lady at fitting room looked frazzled and overworked. Why dont stores hire more young people to work for the summer. I got jobs when I was 16. They need jobs too.

The staff is sometimes a group of tortured souls who just want to go home, and sometimes they are happy people who havent been through the dregs of retail work yet. However, a better deal is sometimes harder to come by than this. PS: if you want a real leather purse, go next door to TJ Maxx.

I would think this store would have more inventory considering its proximity to a DC. The store always looks picked through. Maybe its lack of attention by the employees or maybe they have more stock and are slow to get it out. I dont know. Either way its just average.

I do not care for the Ross in Rock Hill, SC. Ross is messy, most of the clothing is low quality and I do not appreciate being followed around by the loss prevention person. Perhaps it was a coincidence but either way, I think Ill just go to Target.

Its a decent Ross. Not too big and relatively clean and orderly in comparison to other Rosss Ive been too. The wait wasnt too terrible to checkout either. Now I cant speak for the weekends because Ive only gone during the week.

I love shopping here. I can always find one of my favorite brands here (Calvin Klein) for way less. There is always good parking and there are plenty of dressing rooms so it is very rare to have to wait for one.
