I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD! SEARS IS A SCAM! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! I purchased the Serta Motion Custom II King Adjustable Base with a new icomfort mattress from Sears on August 27, 2016. The team came to my home to set up the bed on August 30, 2016 and there was an issue where the wheels for the feet were out of the track, so they came back and "fixed" it September 1, 2016 however then the foot of the bed would not rise. The men told me it must be a manufacturing defect and that they would send out a new frame. A different team came out September 3, 2016 and after an hour and a half of trying to set up a new bedframe, they told us that there was the same issue with the new bed frame and that it was a manufacturing defect AGAIN! I was so heartbroken over this that I just told them to take it back and I requested a refund for the product. I was told I had to wait 7-10 days in order to receive my refund. Here it is 3 WEEKS later and I have not received everything. I have called and called and talked to the RUDEST people with no luck! These calls have been to the Customer support line, the sears credit card service, and the delivery assistance line. The employees were NOT helpful and told me the same line over and over again, basically they couldnt help me. I was finally told TODAY SEPTEMBER 22, 2016 (ALMOST A MONTH AFTER PURCHASING THE BED FRAME) that they dont know why I havent gotten my refund and they have to send a request to the "credit research team" to see what went wrong and I have to wait another 2 days to get my refund. We will see if I actually get it within 2 days. What a joke! Sears sent me a DEFECTIVE products twice, I waited three WEEKS for a refund and I now have to continue to wait for my money. Sears is a SCAM! Dont purchase ANYTHING from them! Go elsewhere or you will have to go through this hell.

No matter where we went, everyone was high sales pressure. I used to work retail as a young adult, so they may have very high sales goals (sales per hour) to maintain their pay rate or to get a raise. Nice people, just not ideal for shopping for a large purchase that takes time to think through.

This is the Sears that made me quits Sears as a company. The employees so either rude or ignorant and the Craftsman warranty that was once legendary is now a thing of the past. I will be shopping elsewhere after my experience here.
