Vaginal blood fart

Sent Contractors a&e factory appliance repair, 3 weeks and still no dryer repair, ordered heating element on my dime cause they dont carry any parts even though we told them the problem ahead of time then had the part shipped to the wrong address. Ups then sent it back to warehouse and we are still waiting on someone to fix it, demanding a refund but im sure that will take longer. Customer service can barely speak English and apparently write it worse because they had my address, email and phone number wrong which caused this fiasco to be even longer. Find someone else to fix your appliances, they have a terrible reputation on pissed off customers. Com.

Looking for helpful, knowledgeable associates? Better look somewhere else. Everyone who works here hates their job, and has no interest in helping you. Want to make a return and dont have the receipt? Theyll look it up by your rewards card, but you better have it on you, because searching by phone number is not an option. Hoping to buy something today? Good luck. The declining sales have left this store with empty shelves, and no inventory. Chances are, theyll say "we can ship it to you in 5-7 business days" Id stick with other stores if I were you.

Bought a tablet june 12th, bought the additional protection plan. Tablet wont charge, so i took it back to the store with reciept!!! The manager refused to exchange it, told me i had to call the insurance line. Insurance line said go into store and have it sent back so it can be checked?! Wth. Terrible service! I shopped sears because they seemed to be going under well now i see why! walmart wouldve exchanged that tablet no problem! Never shopping sears again!
