Please tell the maniac make-up artists at Southpark to back off! My mom and I were literally running from their clutches today---they were suggesting things before we even asked. We couldnt even THINK. And Amalia H. would not listen to a thing I said and actually ran her bare fingers through an eye shadow I had brought from home to match! This is the second time Ive had her bully me around the department with her terrible breath (please give her a mint). Im 55 years old. I dont need to be led like a sheep. I know what I want and if I dont, I am not afraid to ask. Please teach these vultures some manners. We could have bought 3-4 items today but we ran away instead. Ordering online.

I have a bit of trouble finding bras in my size. This is the only store with in 2 hours of me that carries my size. Before venturing out for the hour and 1/2 drive I called to be certain that they had my size in stock. The staff was friendly and helpful and assured me my size was in stock. Upon arrival I found that the staff had already set out a large selection of bras in my size with my name on a slip of paper and the word "hold". If that werent enough the staff was very helpful in assisting me with sizing issues and gave me plenty of privacy.

I got a bra fitting here. I was dressed in actual workout clothes (not pretty ones) and Ingrid helped me. She was very nice and I love my new bras. I would definitely go here again and buy more bras from Ingrid. You do not need an appointment. I expected someone to look down on me because I was not dressed the part in this high end department store, but that did not happen. She was nice, helpful and it was pretty quick. I have ordered from Nordstrom online before, this was my first time in one of their stores, and I am very pleased!

Recieved a Kate Spade watch for my birthday and took it to have it sized. The jewelry took her sweet time and had to ask people how to take the links out of the watch which was scary enough in itself. After 20 minutes, she finally finished. When I got home, I noticed that she had put the wrong pin in my watch and it was sticking out the other side of the watch. Evidently, she lost the original parts and broke another pin that she was kind enough to put back in my bag. Extremely disappointed customer!

The mens dept---as far as dress shirts are concerned---is dullsville. Just a bland selection of pastels and nothing too interesting. I used to live on the West Coast and get lots of shirts there-----no more. I am looking forward to Nordstrom RACK opening here in 2011 (per the newspaper), there is more of everything and good prices. It is where the left-overs, broken sizes, etc end up. Also some mid-level merchandise that is not up to the quality level in a regular Nordstrom.

This is the worst Nordstrom that Ive ever been in. Displays were unkempt, staff looked sloppy, and inventory was limited. The cosmetics department was a complete mess. Products were not in the proper place, and there were products on display that had completely separated from sitting for so long. All the while, staff just stood around and talked. This store is a far cry from my hometown store in Seattle, and its a terrible representation of Nordstrom. I wont be returning.

The make up department was able to match me with the best under eye concealer combination during a make up application. They are extremely helpful, however can be a little over the top and pushy if you just want to casually browse. The mens department here is okay, nothing special, and they only seem to have the rotation of plain old dress clothes. Id like to see some more designer pieces for men at this store like they have in the womens section upstairs.

I had excellent service at this Nordstrom location. I got a Southern Tide shirt and the guy who checked me out, Michael E., was very friendly and even helped me get signed up for Nordstrom Rewards, which is a big plus to get sales because I cant afford to shop at Nordstrom all the time! He told me all about the current sales and sales to come. I was amazed at the service I received. Great job, Nordstrom!

Just had my second encounter with a rude associate at the Chanel counter. This snobby attitude makes no sense. You dont know what I have. And last I checked, you work at a makeup counter, not as CEO somewhere to be judging me. Being snotty about what time I would like to come and spend my money just doesnt make good business sense. I believe the person I just spoke to was "Kris" or ""Chris". Rude.

I was in Charlotte on a business trip from California and needed a belt and an umbrella. Stopped by this Nordstrom and received excellent service. I was immediately greeted and pointed in the right direction. The sales associate who helped me find my belt and umbrella was friendly and professional. He even suggested a french cafe since he knew I was visiting.

Stale cafe. 1:00 pm in a Saturday. My wife had a cupcake, brownie and two glasses of pinot noir. Couldnt finish any of it. It all was just stale. For $31 you would expect it to be enjoyable. Just not too nordstrom standards.

Nordstroms is one of my most favorite stores in the entire world. i can always find anything from givenchy to jimmy choo they always have the best selections in clothing, but i do wish their inventory were a bit bigger xx
