If anyone who reads this is a guinea pig owner and is an expert on the subject,you must prepare yourself for a big shock. Everything I say is backed up with real life experinces all my own. Firstly the majority of staff are grumpy,lazy,smellyand completly unknowledged on the pets, I have two examples for this-A five year old girl (not saying names to keep privacy) and me went there for her to get a hermit crab,this big grumpy lady picks the BIGGEST crab there and gives it to her and when it came out she screamed and dropped it,but it wasnt harmed by a mirice and the worker started YELLING at her! not good! The second one is there was dog crap on the floor and the worker looks at it and walks away without a glance. Next is thos poor animals! The guinea-pigs are kept in large groups,not nueterd and opposite sexes in aquariams,wich can be fatal to the piggies and on top of that they are 3x less the size of the cage i keep my pig in wich is UNDER what its supposed to be for a piggy. And I see no apparent sign of ventalaition. Now for thse prices! Ill go to Critter Hut and pay 60 on a cage that size and a few treats and food thank you very much. They have low quality products all around the place for roughly anywere from 5-20 bucks more than a smaller local petshop.

Grooming was fantastic! I am very particular about where my dog gets groomed and was afraid to bring him because of all the horrible news stories about corporate grooming in the midwest but it was the only place that could bring him in so quickly and shave him for the summer heat. Jackie was fantastic, not only was he clearly not nervous but she showed me the lengths I could trim him to (he has hair because he is a mini poodle) and the cost was only 54$ with conditioning treatment added on and some minor matting. Anyone with a poodle blend knows thats a great deal. I am thrilled and will absolutely be bringing him back!

I have seen some negative things on the grooming, so let me put some of my experience here. I have always had a wonderful experience going to Petsmart grooming center, they are very friendly and seem to know what they are doing. I do see that sometimes they make the dogs look funny but hey better than what i could do. Prices are very fair, but if its true that they call the dog officer on people because they get bit, then i think these people need a new job. Some dogs when in stressful situations bite, especially if you are man-handling them the way groomers do.

I was referred by a lady I met who had taken her puppy to their training classes and she had very good experience with going there. So when I got my puppy I decided I would give it a try as the prices were very reasonable and the trainer was very experienced. I must say it was a fun experience and it helped me to train my puppy with the knowledge they have learned. They touched on all problem issues and the main commands. After the 6 week course my puppy had learned a lot and know listens to his commands. I recommend this to anyone with a new puppy. Ty

Online Price Matching do it use it, could save you so much money, petsmart can be a little pricey. Good people, large variety of foods, toys local adoptions (cats) fish for sale and all the products for every house animal pet. (Not for out door pets (chickens, goats, cows, horses etc.)
