I am so upset the person who used to groom my dog left. I took him to see another staff member who literally humiliated me. Long story short she was more scared of my dog than he even was aware of her existence. She had me put the leash on him, because she was too scared too...she then put on some thick elbow high gloves on and "tried" to pick him up , letting him know out loud she wasnt scared of him...? uhmm?? she then just said nope I cant do this hes going to bite me. my dogs been going there for 3 years and has not bitten a soul...oh and for the record I have 10lb chihuahua. Ive even given consent for a student to work on him , who just went up to him picked him up and plopped him on the table without a problem! I dont understand whats going on...the whole thing was an exaggeration and when someone complimented how cute my dog is on our way out she went on to say "and thats all he is, cute." I was extremely offended because my dog didnt do anything at all and in fact went up to the person being friendly. So unprofessional. Never again.

We have brought our dog to 2 diffrent Petsmark Johnston and Warwick for Grooming the first time to Warwick we did not like the job done but wrote it of as bad comunication of our half The second time was on Sunday the 17th to the Johnston Location after spend $70ish for grooming we get our one year old dog home to find that he is all razor burned on the back side and razor burned and nicked all over his under belly. We find this to be pain full for our dog as he was up all night licking them. We will never step foot in one of your stores again I do not even want to give this place a star but i can not post with out giving them one As a follow up to the last review, I filed a complaint with the corporate office it took the three weeks to get back to me. And when they did he was insulting, and unhelpful and basically called me a layer DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM ANY PETSMART

I GAVE MY MORKIE A BATH, CONDITIONED HIM, AND REMOVED ALL HIS KNOTS. Upon dropping him off I asked Shelley please do not cut my dog short just clean him up. I dont like him short just trim his nails, trim around his face and underside, and please dont cut the hair above his eyes. 20 times dont cut my dog. I went to pick him up she says hes a little short. He comes out she skinned him took everything off!!! I was furious!!! Never again!!! pet smart hires regular people who have no experience they teach them for a few weeks and their a pro. on everyones dog. $58.00 she gave a deep condition for what she shaved him!!! They just want to charge whatever they can.

HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE at the grooming salon. no patience whatsoever with the grooming salon. I made my appointment and left my dog after a few minutes. I receive a call saying they couldnt groom her because she was tingly. There a grooming salon they are supposed to know how to control them and groom them. Thats what Im paying for. She said she couldnt. Might as well let your customers know ahead of time that you have no patience to groom dogs. I RECOMMEND GOING TO ANOTHER GROOMING SALON! its worth it instead of wasting your time with these people.

I recently took my yellow lab there and I am sorry to say I was very dissapointed in the end result!! For 60 dollars which was taking advantage of the 25 off after 4 , should of been alot better! I have always taken both my dogs there and never seemed to have an issue, but this time he left still smelling of dog and his nails were sharper than when he went!! I shouldnt have to be using dog spray on him 2 days after being groomed and he doesnt go outside much other than our daily walks or to go the bathroom. I am very upset and disappointed!

I went in to pet smart today (July 19, 2017) and bought a new cage for my bird. The cage was a little beat up but it still looked sturdy. When I put my bird in the cage and hung it up on the stand, not even 30 secounds later the bottom of the cage broke and my bird flew away. The cage was completely broken and it wasnt a cheap cage. When I went to go find my bird with my family, we soon found out it flew into the street and got hit by a car. I just had gotten him too. Now I have no bird, or a cage.

My family does not get our dog groomed here, however, the staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable on supplies and products. Great sales from time to time too. We are always getting coupons via email from Pet Smart that are so worth it! From dog treats and food to other products and supplies like shampoo or collars and harnesses. Definitely sign up for their rewards program. They will also email you great tips and tticks on teething, and potty training you new little fur baby!!

Bettas dont belong in the front of the store in the winter time. They need to be in 76-80 degree water. Raining and 46 degrees is not 76-80 degree water at the front door. These people need to educate themselves. Also, if a fish has swimmers belly you do not feed it. Poor fish was flipping around and floating upside down. I will never go back here again!!! Walmart has more sense than them when it comes to handing fish!

I have always went to this store for all my pets needs. Today I go to get three bags of treats for my dog. He needs hypo allergenic because hes allergic to everything. Sorry u cant buy it because u dont have a prescription card. Its not like its a drug. I always went to this store, but will never go there again. Petco or Walmart sounds like a better idea.

Well-known pet supplies chain. When they have enough staff available, the check-out lines flow nicely. Unfortunately, Saturday mornings are very busy for them, so expect to spend a little time in line. Great selection of pet supplies, including dogs, cats, fish, rodents, and birds.

Brought my dog here today told them to leave his fur long they gave him a buzz cut. Told them to cut his nails they missed 4 of them. And on top of it all there more expensive than going to a real dog groomer. Never again

My dog just got back from the groomers. For around $60, they only groomed 2/3 of my dog. They shaved his body, and left his long fur on his face. He looks completely ridiculous, do not EVER send your dog here.

Nice store layout but they usually have only one cashier ringing with a long line of people. Doesnt seem that their coworkers are too quick to jump in and help out their teammate which is sad.
