Was in the store to give my dog a bath and I realized the store is very outdated they gave me soap to wash my dog and it was filled with nothing but water had to ask for two bottles the staff is wonderful especially Ariel her name was I beleave very helpful. I just wish the place was updated like the other locations could bring more business especially the washing room (recommend pet value to wash dogs more high end and same price )and they dont fill dog wash with water

I am 53 and just experienced the worse customer service in my life. If you carry an animal you should have a way to showcase and have knowledgeable employees who knows how to handle the animal to be able to sell it. Do not purchase anything from this facility. They call themselves experts. My A**. I would not spend a dime in this pet store.

It was not how I expected it to be.... There was a woman who just wouldnt leave me alone about my Akitas size. She was saying he is too thin and My Akita is where he belongs health wise.... I almost told the woman off... I dont know if she was working or just another customer. The girl working was awesome

Horrible place only out to make money - dogs in crowded noisy conditions being pawed over by half wit employees and shoppers. Animals who were clearly ill not being cared for and neglected - puppy mill central!

Great place to go to find specialty brands of dog food, like Taste of the Wild. Their prices are a little high, but its worth it for the convenience. Their selection of toys and treats is so-so.

This place has a nice selection of qaulity pet foods and treats. The prices are on par with bigger chain stores. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always have free samples.
